Sanitary hydrant
A sanitary hydrant comprises an isolated reservoir that can be positioned below a freeze level at the location of installation. A piston within the isolated reservoir is operable to expel, during a downward stroke, stored fluid from the reservoir before actuating a valve that allows fluid to flow from a fluid supply source through the hydrant. On an upward stroke, the piston releases the valve and generates a negative pressure within the reservoir that draws fluid from within the hydrant into the reservoir.
Adjustable operating rod for a hydrant
An adjustable operating rod assembly is provided. In one embodiment a telescoping rod and tube are provided such that the length of the operating rod can be selectively adjusted in order to accommodate fluid inlet pipes of various lengths and regardless of manufacturer.
FREEZE RESISTANT WALL HYDRANT
A freeze resistant wall hydrant including an outdoor housing joined to the outer end of an outlet tube for securing to a building and a fitting joined to the inner end of the outlet tube for coupling to a water supply. The fitting includes a fluid closure valve having a valve part movable between first and second positions for closing and opening the valve. A stem extends through the outlet tube and has an outer end coupled to a handle of the outdoor housing and an inner end coupled to the valve part. The handle moves the valve part to close and open the valve. The outlet tube and the stem can each be made from a cross-linked polyethylene or flexible plastic to facilitate installation of the wall hydrant. Methods for using or resizing the wall hydrant are provided.
HOT AND COLD OUTDOOR FAUCET SYSTEM
A system for supplying mixed temperature water to an exterior of a building is disclosed herein. The system includes a water mixing valve. In some embodiments, the system may also comprise an outdoor faucet, or in other embodiments, the system may be integrate with existing outdoor faucet systems. The outdoor faucet preferably includes an elongated conduit that extends through a wall of the building and attaches to the water mixing valve located on an interior of the building. As such, the outdoor faucet is prevented from freezing risks. The system provides hot, cold or warm water to the outdoor faucet, preventing an individual from having to carry water from the interior to the exterior.
Anti-freeze faucet
An anti-freeze faucet contains: a first pipe, a second pipe, a check valve, and a control valve. The first pipe includes a hollow portion, an orifice, an outlet, and an inflow segment having two inlets. The second inserts into the hollow portion and includes a first connection segment, a second connection segment, and an air conduit, wherein the first connection segment has an air hole. The check valve is accommodated in the inflow segment and corresponding to the two inlets. The control valve is housed in the hollow portion and includes a base, a fitting bushing, and a coupling holder, wherein the base has two channels, and between the base and the fitting bushing is defined an accommodation chamber, the coupling holder has a rotation disc with a cold-water vent and a hot-water vent, and the coupling holder has multiple first openings and multiple second openings.
Sanitary Hydrant
A freeze resistant sanitary hydrant is provided that employs a reservoir for storage of fluid under the frost line or in an area not prone to freezing. To evacuate this reservoir, a means for altering pressure is provided that is able to function in hydrant systems that employ a vacuum breaker.

Valve assemblies with internal protective elements and methods of using same
Valve assemblies which comprise a valve housing; an inner valve element; an outer valve element spaced apart from the inner valve element; a valve stem on which both the inner valve element and the outer valve element are located; a portion of the valve stem between the inner valve element and the outer valve element is threaded; and a protective element located within the valve housing and covering the threaded portion of the valve stem.
