FIXING STRUCTURE FOR WATER PIPE OF SPLIT TYPE FAUCET BODY
A fixing structure for a water pipe of a split type faucet body includes: a metal covered plastic water-passing body having a metal outer pipe on the outside, wherein an integrated plastic valve seat is formed in an inner wall of the metal outer pipe, the plastic valve seat is provided with a partition in the middle, and the partition has a first through hole and a second through hole separately, a spool receiving cavity is formed in an inner cavity on one side of the partition, and a first connection passage and a second connection passage are formed in an inner cavity on the other side of the partition; and a water pipe ferrule is provided in its longitudinal direction with two receiving grooves each penetrated up and down, the two receiving grooves are used for placing the first water-passing pipe and the second water-passing pipe respectively.
FAST INSTALLATION MECHANISM FOR FAUCET
A fast installation mechanism for a faucet includes a locking inner core, a fixing core, and a base. The locking inner core is a tubular member. An external thread is formed on an outer wall of the locking inner core. An upper end of the locking inner core is fixedly connected to a faucet body. A lower portion of the locking inner core is screwed into the fixing core. The base is sleeved on a lower portion of the fixing core. At least two elastic pieces on the fixing core extend out of at least two windows of the base, respectively. The installation is quick and easy, and the operation is convenient.
Faucet
A faucet contains: a hollow body, a control assembly, an inlet pipe set, a mixing-water outlet pipe, a pull hose, a spray head, and an isolation pipe. The hollow body includes an inflow portion and an outflow portion. The control assembly includes a mixing valve and an operation element. The inlet pipe set includes a cold-water inlet pipe and a hot-water inlet pipe. The mixing-water outlet pipe includes a first connector and a second connector. The pull hose includes an inlet segment and an outlet segment. The spray head is connected with the outlet segment of the pull hose, and the spray head is removed from and fixed on the outflow portion of the hollow body. The isolation pipe includes a channel defined therein so that the pull hose slidably moves in the isolation pipe and avoids contacting with the inlet pipe set and the mixing-water outlet pipe.
Deviator device and progressive cartridge, particularly for bathroom fittings such as showers, baths and the like
A deviator device, particularly for bathroom fittings such as showers, baths and the like, comprising a control rod rotatably movable in a support associated to a mixing cartridge; said control rod has at least two supply positions in which the mixed water flow is directed to one or another of two or more separate lines corresponding to two or more separate users; said rod is integral with a rod support and turns in the cover and further comprises a closing position; said deviator device being characterized in that said movement is guided and is obtained by fixed paths of pegs in slots.
Rough-in Assembly for Free-Standing Faucet
A rough-in assembly for mounting a free-standing faucet on a floor is revealed. The rough-in assembly includes a mounting base, a connection tube set having cold-water and hot-water connection tubes, a fixing plate, and a plurality of nuts. The mounting base consists of a bottom plate fixed on a laminated wood, a tube-fixing portion positioned on the bottom plate and provided with two locking slots, and a plurality of bolts projecting from the bottom plate and inserted through a mounting hole on the floor. The cold-water and hot-water connection tubes are locked in the two locking slots of the tube-fixing portion. The fixing plate allows the bolts of the mounting base to pass therethrough. The nuts are threaded on the bolts for fastening the fixing plate on the floor. Thereby the free-standing faucet is secured on the floor firmly and production cost is dramatically reduced.
FAUCET INCLUDING A ROTATABLE SPOUT ARM
A faucet assembly including a spout arm supported by a spout hub and configured to rotate about a vertical axis. In an illustrative embodiment, the faucet assembly is formed through additive manufacturing.
Sanitary mixer valve
The invention includes a sanitary shower system with a mixing valve which can mix the hot and cold water supplies through the linearly movable triangle element to the desired exit temperature and flow volume. The triangular element has a slanted side that seamlessly connects to the inclined side of hot and cold water inlet ducts of the valve housing, in which there is also the flexible seal to achieve complete sealing. The triangle element is provided with a protrusion on the oblique side. This determines the flow rate of the hot and cold water supply towards the mixing chamber very accurately.
FAUCET DEVICE
A faucet device includes a hot water/water mixing valve, a water purification cartridge, a primary side flow path that supplies water to the hot water/water mixing valve and the water purification cartridge, and a secondary side flow path that discharges mixed water flowing out from the hot water/water mixing valve and purified water flowing out from the water purification cartridge to a water discharge port. The primary side flow path and the secondary side flow path are disposed between the hot water/water mixing valve and the water purification cartridge.
Floor Faucet Structure
A floor faucet structure contains: a body, an adjustable fitting sleeve, a fixing seat, and a connection sleeve. The body includes a positioning disc, a cold-water inlet tube, and a hot-water inlet. Each of the cold-water inlet tube and the hot-water inlet tube has a respective one rotation members and a respective one connector. The respective one rotation member has a longitudinal extension, a horizontal extension, and a first conduit. The respective one connector includes a first connecting section, a second connecting section, a second conduit, at least one stop ring, a first external threaded section, and a second external threaded section. The adjustable fitting sleeve includes a first coupling portion, the fixing seat includes a circular groove, multiple retaining ribs. The connection sleeve includes a second coupling portion, a cylindrical fence, and multiple locking ribs.
Faucet with hose connection
The present invention provides a faucet with a hose connection that is easier to assemble, install, uninstall, and disassemble. The faucet includes a hose, a valve body, a mounting shank, a first hose retainer, and a second hose retainer. The mounting shank includes a first end and a second end.
