Faucet head alignment system
An alignment coupling for a faucet includes a first alignment element positionable within a faucet body. The first alignment element has a first alignment feature. The first alignment feature includes one of a projection and a tapered groove. The alignment coupling includes a second alignment element that is movable with respect to the first alignment element. The second alignment element has a second alignment feature. The second alignment feature includes the other of the projection and tapered groove. The tapered groove includes walls that extend toward each other, and wherein the walls guide the projection to a narrowest portion of the tapered groove.
SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND METHODS FOR DRINKING APPARATUS ORIFICE PROTECTION
An orifice protection device for a water dispensing device is disclosed. The device includes a housing configured to surround an output orifice of the water cooler or fountain through which water is ejected, a door movably attached to the housing and configured to move from an open position in which the output orifice is exposed, and a closed position in which the output orifice is enclosed within the housing, an actuator configured to move the door between the open position and the closed position, a purification mechanism positioned within the housing and configured to sanitize the output orifice, and a sensor configured to enable touchless operation of the door.
Production method of bathroom hardware shells
A method that includes heating a bar having an outer diameter and a length to a first temperature for a first time; extruding the heated bar to form a hollow blank having a wall thickness; forming a semi-finished blank by closing one end; bending the semi-finished blank to have an angle between first and second parts of the semi-finished blank; placing the bent semi-finished blank in a die, which is heated to a second temperature; forming a shell by injecting a gas onto or into the bent semi-finished blank after closing the die through a gas inlet in the die at a pressure for a second time, which causes the bent semi-finished blank to fit a cavity of the bathroom hardware shell shaping die; removing the shell from the die and forming a water faucet hole therein; and plating an outer surface of the shell with a coating.
ARTICULATING FAUCET
A faucet having a base that is mountable to a support, a spout moveably coupled to the base and having an outlet for dispensing water, and a valve that controls a flow of water to an outlet, where the valve is opened in response to the spout being moved relative to the base to a first position, and the valve is closed in response to the spout being moved relative to the base from the first position toward a second position.
BATH FAUCET SYSTEM
A bath faucet system includes a housing, a diverter assembly, and an internal waterway. The housing forms an outer shell of the bath faucet system and includes a water inlet, a water outlet, and a cavity extending between the water inlet and the water outlet. The internal waterway is disposed within the cavity between the water inlet and the water outlet. The internal waterway includes a water jacket and a hose. The water jacket is coupled to the water inlet and configured to contain water flowing into the housing via the water inlet. The water jacket includes a hose connector along an outside surface of the water jacket. The hose includes a first end coupled to the hose connector, a second end coupled to the water outlet, and a central portion connecting the first end to the second end and configured to prevent water from contacting the housing.
Washstand arrangement having a fountain jet water discharge device
A washstand arrangement with a fountain jet water discharge device. More particularly, a washstand device includes a washstand having a wash-bowl sink and a water discharge device, configured for discharging water in the form of a fountain jet composed of individual jets and comprising a plurality of water discharge nozzles which are arranged in the wash-bowl sink for discharging the individual jets in associated individual jet directions from the wash-bowl sink obliquely upwards and back again to the wash-bowl sink. The water discharge nozzles are arranged within a strip-type nozzle assignment region having a strip length extending in sink circumferential direction and a strip height perpendicular thereto, wherein its strip length is greater than its strip height, and its strip length extends at most across half the sink circumference.
MIXING VALVE
A mixing valve includes a mixing chamber, a first flow control valve having a first flow control opening, and a second flow control valve having a second flow control opening. The first and second flow control openings each have a diameter of approximately six millimeters and the mixing valve has a flow coefficient of approximately 2.5 when both flow control valves are in a mid-open position.
SANITARY FITTING HAVING A TWO-WAY VALVE
A sanitary fitting (1) that contains a fitting body (2), a first spray plate (3), a second spray plate (4), and a two-way valve (5), which can be used to selectively route a liquid to the first spray plate (3) or to the second spray plate (4), wherein the two-way valve (5) is arranged in the fitting body (2) and having a valve body (6), which is mounted rotatably about an axis of rotation (11) in a valve housing (25) of the two-way valve (5) between a first valve seat (7) of a first outlet (8) of the two-way valve (5) and a second valve seat (9) of a second outlet (10) of the two-way valve (5).
Sink with integrated rinse feature
A sink system includes a basin and a rinsing system. The basin includes a first wall configured to contain water within the basin. The rinsing system is integrated with the basin. The rinsing system includes one or more water outlets and a fluid conduit. The one or more water outlets are located along the first wall of the basin and are configured to dispense water into the basin. The fluid conduit extends at least partially along the first wall of the basin. The fluid conduit is fluidly coupled to the one or more water outlets and is configured to deliver water to the one or more water outlets.
