Illustratively, a display is supported by the valve body and is in electrical communication with a controller. A manual override may engage with the flow control element for manual operation thereof
System and method for fluid handling in a shower or bath
Showerhead devices incorporate sensors to control bath fill levels. Showerheads have interchangeable attachments, including bristle attachments. Oral care devices are attachable to standard shower arms. Pump devices allow various lotions and fluids to be used in conjunction with showers. Shower organizing devices provide for ordered storage and access to accessories. Bathtub spouts including sensors and valves to control bathtub filled levels.
Water conserving shower system and thermochromic fixtures used therein
A water delivery system includes a mixing valve operable for delivering a water flow of adjustable temperature from a water source to a dispensing device downstream from the mixing valve; a thermochromic thermal indicator, fluidly coupled between the mixing valve and the dispensing device, that provides a visible indication of the water flow having achieved a predetermined temperature; and a diverter valve, fluidly coupled between the mixing valve and the dispensing device, and operable to direct the water flow selectively either to the dispensing device or back to the water source. The thermal indicator may be a thermochromic PVC conduit, or it may be a fitting having an inlet, an outlet, a thermochromic PVC element therebetween, and a barrier located between the inlet and the outlet so as to define a flow path that includes an interior surface of the thermochromic element.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DIVERTING WATER FROM A SHOWER HEAD AND DISTRIBUTING WITHIN A BATHTUB OR SHOWER BASIN
Systems and methods are disclosed for diverting water from a shower diverter valve and distributing within an interior of a bathtub. One non-limiting embodiment of the system disclosed herein includes a flexible hose having a first end connected to the shower diverter valve, the flexible hose extending into the interior of the bathtub and having a second end opposite the first, the second end of the hose connecting to an inlet of a basin disposed within the interior of the bathtub and supported by a bottom surface of the bathtub; the basin being generally rectangular in shape, the basin having an internal cavity for receiving water from the flexible hose, the basin having a top surface for placing a child during a bath, the top surface having a plurality of holes about an outer perimeter of the top surface of the basin; wherein water flowing from the shower diverter valve through the flexible hose and into the internal cavity of the basin emits from the plurality of holes in the top surface of the basin, creating a gentle shower for bathing the child.
PUSH-BUTTON TYPE UPPER WATER INLET SHOWER COLUMN
The present invention discloses a push-button type upper water inlet shower column, which comprises an upper fixing seat connected with a water inlet tube, a water inlet channel and a water distribution valve core which can be communicated are arranged in the upper fixing seat, the water distribution valve core comprises a first water outlet hole and a second water outlet hole, and the first water outlet hole and the second water outlet hole can discharge water separately or in combination; the upper fixing seat is provided with a first water outlet channel connected with the first water outlet hole, and the upper fixing seat is provided with a second water outlet channel connected with the second water outlet hole; a lower fixing seat is arranged below the upper fixing seat, a connecting rod that can go up and down is arranged between the lower fixing seat and the upper fixing seat, the upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the water distribution valve core, the lower fixing seat is provided with a push button, the push button is connected with the other end of the connecting rod through a linkage mechanism to realize the lifting of the connecting rod, and the push-button type upper water inlet shower column can not only realize single water outlet, but also realize mixed water outlet.
Hair treatment process and system
A system for washing the hair, including a first reservoir for receiving a first liquid (L1) constituted by or comprising water, a second reservoir for receiving a second liquid (L2) including a treatment product diluted in water in an amount of less than or equal to 2.5% by weight relative to the total weight of the second liquid (L2), a shower head with a supply rate of between 0.3 and 5 L/min, configured to deliver a jet of droplets onto the hair. The shower head is further supplied with liquid, taken exclusively from one or other of the reservoirs, with an overpressure.
BATHROOM FIXTURES AND COMPONENTS
A toilet installed in a bathroom includes a toilet bowl and a tank coupled to the toilet bowl. The tank can contain fluid for the toilet bowl. A rear surface of the tank is flush against a wall of the bathroom such that there is no gap between the tank and the wall and a bottom surface of the tank is flush against a floor of the bathroom such that there is no gap between the tank and the floor. The tank extends longitudinally above and below the toilet bowl and laterally outward past the toilet bowl such that a first side surface and a second side surface of the tank define outermost side peripheries of the toilet.
SHOWER SYSTEM
A shower system includes a water supply conduit, a reservoir, and a valve actuator. The reservoir is fixedly coupled to the water supply conduit such that the reservoir and the water supply conduit are fluidly coupled. The valve actuator is configured for actuation between a first position in which water is supplied from the water supply conduit and a second position in which water is supplied from the reservoir. In some implementations, the shower system further includes a showerhead that is fluidly coupled to the water supply conduit and the reservoir such that water may be supplied from either the water supply conduit to the showerhead or from the reservoir to the showerhead.
SHOWERHEAD WITH SUPER COMPLEMENTARY REMOVABLE PORTION
A showerhead with a super complementary removable portion is provided that includes a fixed fluid dispensing unit supported at a location. The fixed dispensing unit has a fixed nozzle apertures arranged on a fixed spray face within a first area of between 55 and 95 percent of the fixed spray face, the fixed spray face having a second area devoid of fixed nozzle apertures and contiguous with the first area. A removable fluid dispensing unit has a front face defining a front face area, a back surface in opposition to the front face, and removable nozzle apertures arranged on the front face, the back surface adapted to overlap the second area of the fixed spray face and protrude from the fixed spray face, the front face area being greater than the second area of the fixed spray face.
