SELF-ALIGNING LIFT KNOB FOR PLUMBING FIXTURE
Various embodiments provide for a plumbing fixture comprising a spout. The spout comprises a body with a collar on a top surface of the body and a hole extending through the collar and defining an internal surface of the collar. The spout further comprises a first camming surface formed on the internal surface. The plumbing fixture further comprises a lift knob. The lift knob comprises a head. The head comprises a front side, top side, and a bottom side. The lift knob further comprises a shaft. The shaft is axially movable within the hole and has a first end and a second end. The first end is coupled to the bottom side of the head and the second end disposed within the spout. A second camming surface is formed on the bottom side of the head. The second camming surface has a geometrically complementary surface to the first camming surface.
CARTRIDGE FOR ELECTRONIC TAP WITH A HANDLE HAVING AN EXTENDED OPERATIVE RANGE OF MOTION, ELECTRONIC TAPE INCLUDING SAME, AND THE OPERATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a cartridge for an electronic tap having a handle or controller with an extended operative range of motion, which allows moving said handle or controller beyond its normal range of motion determined by a first stop, providing in said extended areas additional functionalities using a control system that determines the position of the handle in order to associate to said position a flow value, a fluid mixing ratio value, and/or an additional functionality. The invention also relates to the tap including said cartridge with a handle having an extended operative range of motion and to the operation method thereof.
WALL-MOUNTED FAUCET
A wall-mounted faucet may include a control handle, five adapters, a positioning member, and a panel set. The panel set has different adjusting pieces and locating sleeves to be selected such that the wall-mounted faucet can be applied to different sizes of control valves through different of the adapters, the adjusting pieces, and the locating sleeves. Also, the panel set has a plurality of locking points and locking boards, which increases the convenience for assembly.
FAUCET ASSEMBLY WITH FRICTION RING
Disclosed is a friction ring including a body and a contact member. The body is configured to couple the friction ring to at least one of a faucet assembly or a faucet valve assembly. The contact member is disposed on the body. The contact member is configured to slidably engage with a valve stem of the faucet valve assembly. The contact member is further configured to press against the valve stem to increase a frictional force between the contact member and the valve stem over a full range of movement of the valve stem.
FAUCET ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED ANTI-SCALD DEVICE
Improved fluid supply assemblies for fluid systems are provided. In exemplary embodiments, the present disclosure provides for improved fluid supply assemblies and related features, systems and methods of use. More particularly, the present disclosure provides for advantageous faucet assemblies (e.g., electrically or mechanically actuated faucet assemblies) having an integrated anti-scald device and having an integrated temperature mixing valve. The present disclosure provides for a faucet assembly having an integrated temperature mixing valve, and/or having an integrated anti-scald device configured to stop the inlet flow of hot water in the event the mixed outlet water temperature exceeds a user-selected set point. Advantageous faucet assemblies of the present disclosure can prevent scalding as defined by ASSE 1070. Improved, convenient and effective systems and methods for utilizing improved faucet assemblies in fluid systems are provided.
FAUCET ASSEMBLY WITH A WASHABLE HANDLE
A faucet assembly that includes a base from which a spout is coupled to and protrudes from, wherein the spout is operably configured to emit a stream of liquid therefrom an offset length, b, from a spout support axis spanning through the base of the spout. The faucet assembly includes a lever handle member operably configured to rotate about a fulcrum that is offset a length, a, from the spout support axis. The lever handle member defines a length, c, separating the end of the lever handle member and the fulcrum in which the handle rotates, wherein the lever handle member is of a sufficient length, c, and operable configured to rotate a sufficient angle underneath the stream of liquid to wash and clean the handle when being utilized by the user. In one embodiment, the faucet assembly includes a relative geometric spacing configuration of √{square root over (a.sup.2+b.sup.2)}≤c.
Handle connection systems and methods
A faucet includes a handle and a handle connection system. The handle includes an opening and a handle annular projection at least partially extending about the opening. The handle connection system is configured to be partially contained within the opening, threadably coupled to a yoke, and selectively coupled to the handle annular projection. The handle connection system is configured to facilitate rotation of the handle relative to the yoke while the handle connection system is threadably coupled to the yoke.
ELECTRONIC TAP CARTRIDGE WITH MAGNETIC TRIAXIAL SENSOR FOR DETECTING THE POSITION OF THE CONTROLLER OR HANDLE AND ELECTRONIC TAP CONTAINING IT
The present invention relates to an electronic tap cartridge which includes a magnetic sensor on the three Cartesian axes for the detection of the position of the controller or handle, by measuring on the said three Cartesian axes the magnetic field generated by a magnet-type element attached to the turning and rotating movement of the controller and handle, determining in an electronic way the regulation set by the user with the movement of the controller or handle, transmitting it to the corresponding devices that perform the mixing and regulate the flow of supply, the invention also referring to the tap containing said cartridge with the magnetic triaxial sensor.
Universal faucet handles
Handle assemblies for coupling to a shaft are provided. Each assembly includes a handle having an end wall with a fastener passage extending therethrough and a side wall extending from the end wall to an open end. In one embodiment, an adapter assembly includes a nut, a collet having a fastener portion carrying the nut and a compression portion receiving the shaft, and a clamp mounted on the compression portion and tightened around the compression portion to compress the collet to the shaft. A fastener extends through the fastener passage and into the nut. In another embodiment, the handle defines a conical pocket in communication with the fastener passage. An adapter in the pocket includes circumferentially spaced jaws having conical outer surfaces and inner surfaces engaging the shaft and hinged connectors extending circumferentially between adjacent jaws. A fastener extends through the fastener passage and into the shaft.
WATER CONSERVATION FAUCETS
A water conservation faucet seamlessly integrating a tactile feedback mechanism into existing faucets to spur user controlled pre-set water flow rate, energy conservation, and cost savings. During movement of the handle, the user receives tactile feedback through the handle indicating the position of the handle as it moves from one pre-set position to the next. In addition to tactile feedback, the handle provides visual feedback to the user as the handle remains in the fixed position until the user chooses to move handle to another position.
