MOVABLE HOLDER AND SHOWER ASSEMBLY

A movable holder includes a showerhead seat assembly; a mounting frame having a first receiving groove, the showerhead seat assembly being rotatably mounted on the mounting frame, a mating boss being provided on the mounting frame, and a locking member being mounted on the mating boss; a transmission seat movably mounted in the first receiving groove, a limiting structure being provided between the mounting frame and the transmission seat; and a damping member sleeved with the transmission seat by an interference fit and in a relatively rotatable manner and rotated synchronously with the showerhead seat assembly, an elastic member being pressed between the damping member and the showerhead seat assembly. The transmission seat is configured to drive, along with the rotation of the damping member, the locking member to move between a locked position and an unlocked position. A shower assembly includes the movable holder.

Truncated filter capsule

Filter capsules for showers and sinks used in surgical settings, clean rooms and other contaminant-sensitive settings having modified outlets for improved splash control. Flat, concave, convex, asymmetric concave and asymmetric convex outlet inserts have pluralities of fluid bores with varying orientations to permit enhanced fluid flow control out of the filter capsules including divergent, convergent and mixed divergent/convergent fluid flows. An inlet with an axis offset at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the filter capsule body permits user control over the fluid flow strike point in a sink or shower stall via rotation of the capsule about the inlet connection point. A recessed outlet improves the prevention of contaminant dispersal by recessing the outlet away from contact points and potential contaminant sources. A filter cartridge top cap includes a downwardly extending extension with a concave bottom end to redirect fluids undesirably entering the filter capsule from the outlet away from the enclosed filter media and out the outlet.

The invention relates to a water distribution device for a shower installation. The distribution device is of the hand-held shower head type or of the overhead shower head type. The distribution device includes a distribution head configured to be connected to a water supply line. The head includes a first group of water ejection nozzles arranged on a first face of the head, and a second group of water ejection nozzles arranged on a second face of the head. The second group of nozzles is oriented so that when the distribution device is in a position of use allowing a jet of water expelled by the first group of nozzles to be oriented downwards and forwards, the jet of water expelled by the second group of nozzles is oriented upwards and forwards, so as to generate a bell-shaped jet.

A sink system and methods of making and using sink systems including a sink basin and a discharge conduit coupled to the sink basin, which is positioned to expel fluid into the sink basin via an outlet thereof. The flow of fluid through the discharge conduit may be activated via a motion sensor or switch coupled directly to the basin or a spacer ring positioned between the basin and the countertop. Controls for adjusting the temperature and/or flow rate of fluid through the discharge conduit may also be coupled to the basin or a spacer ring positioned between the basin and the countertop, or alternatively, to a surface of the countertop.

COMBINATION EMERGENCY WASH AND FAUCET UNIT

A combination emergency wash and faucet unit includes a base, an emergency wash arm pivotally coupled to the base, and a spout pivotally coupled to the base. The emergency wash arm includes an emergency wash unit. The emergency wash arm is rotatable relative to the base about a first vertical axis between a stored position and an active position. The spout is rotatable relative to the base about a second vertical axis. The first vertical axis is substantially parallel to the second vertical axis and offset from the second vertical axis. Movement of the emergency wash arm causes a corresponding movement of the spout.
