The mixer valve assembly includes drive means to control the ratio, and the flow control valve includes drive means to control the flow, and the drive means of the mixer valve assembly and of the flow control valve assembly are also provided in the common housing.
Electronically controllable valves and mixing valves
Two problems with existing electronically controlled mixing valves for domestic use is their size and difficulty accessing and repairing them. Their size means that they often become hidden behind wall linings, and because of the way in which they are plumbed into the pipework of a house, they are difficult to access and remove for repair or replacement. Disclosed is a compact and replaceable mixing valve cartridge that can be mated to a fixed fitting that is permanently plumbed into the pipework of a house. The compact size allows the cartridge to be positioned behind the type of removable face plates that are often installed over existing manually operated mixing valves. Simplified valve actuators and a compact mixing and temperature sensing configuration have facilitated the compact size. The valve cartridge can simply be accessed, unbolted and removed, without the need for extensive plumbing re-work.
Multi-Function Fixture With Soap Refill System
A lavatory system includes a countertop, a fixture, and a soap system mounted to the countertop adjacent the fixture. The fixture includes at least one leg, a first passage and a second passage distributed through the at least one leg, and an extension section extending from the at least one leg. A first tube carrying water extends through one of the first passage and the second passage, while a second tube carrying soap extends through one of the first passage and the second passage. The soap system includes a mounting component within an orifice of the countertop, a refill port extending through the mounting component to a soap container below the countertop, a cap over the refill port, and a soap pump to transmit soap from the soap container to the second tube of the fixture. A mounting bracket is secured below the countertop to support the soap container.
VALVE FOR CONTROLLING THE WATER FLOW IN A SANITARY LINE
A valve for controlling the water flow in a sanitary line has a housing with a housing lower part in which a water supply channel portion, a control channel, and a water discharge channel portion are arranged in the flow direction. The control valve has a valve upper part with a head piece, which is arranged in a housing bore coaxially to the bore axis and to which a stator disc with a first ceramic surface is secured, and with a spindle, with which a rotor disc with a second ceramic surface is in engagement. The control valve also has an electric drive which is arranged in the housing upper part and which is in engagement with the spindle. Two seals which rest against the head piece and the spindle seal the control channel of the control valve from a housing upper part.
HYBRID FITTING WITH WATER JET DETECTION
A method for operating a sanitary fitting, and to a sanitary fitting. The sanitary fitting is equipped to deliver a water jet and has at least one manual actuator for manual regulation of at least one water jet flow rate or a water jet temperature, and a sensor arrangement that is equipped for sensor-controlled regulation of a predefined water jet flow rate and a predefined water jet temperature, wherein the sensor arrangement is equipped to detect the presence of an object in an external detection area and wherein a control unit is provided that is equipped to evaluate an object detected first and to distinguish whether the object detected first is a water jet or a different object. The present invention makes possible an economical production, the use of standard components, and low wear.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGEMENT, CONTROL, AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE IN INSTALLATIONS IN DAMP ROOMS AND FLUID DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS
The invention relates to a system and method for management, control, and predictive maintenance in installations in damp rooms and fluid distribution networks, comprising the steps of: integrating an antenna (101, 101a...101e) inside at least one element installed in a damp room and/or fluid distribution network (3, 4, 5, 6, 7), wherein said antenna (101, 101a, ..., 101e) is configured for receiving the signal of an electromagnetic field generated around same; and wherein said antenna (101, 101a...101e) is connected with at least one controlled electromagnetic field sensor (100) configured for generating an electric and magnetic field around said antenna (101, 101a, ..., 101e); continuously measuring the variations in the electric and magnetic field generated around the antenna (101, 101a, ..., 101e); establishing a behavioral pattern of the installation in an element installed in a damp room and/or fluid distribution network (3, 4, 5, 6, 7); and selecting an action to be performed in the element installed in a damp room and/or fluid distribution network (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) depending on the established behavioral pattern.
AUTOMATIC WATER FAUCET APPARATUS
An automatic water faucet apparatus includes a faucet, a detection unit, a hot water storage tank, a first ultraviolet irradiation unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The hot water storage tank heats water supplied to a water supply channel by using a heater, which is not illustrated, and stores hot water.
