LOW PROFILE TRANSCATHETER HEART VALVE
An implantable prosthetic heart valve can include a radially collapsible and expandable annular frame, a leaflet structure comprising three leaflets, each leaflet having an upper edge, a lower edge, and two side flaps, wherein each side flap is secured to an adjacent side flap of another leaflet to form commissures of the leaflet structure, and an annular skirt secured to the inside of the annular frame and to the leaflet structure, the lower edge of each leaflet sutured to an inner surface of the skirt. The angled struts can be interconnected by generally U-shaped crown structure for improved collapsibility.
SHOWERHEAD ASSEMBLY WITH ROTATABLE CONTROLLER
A showerhead assembly is provided which includes a showerhead having a non-rotating section and a rotating section. In a first embodiment, the non-rotating section includes a single fluid outlet and the rotatable section includes at least two inlets connected to a single conduit which supplies water to a set of nozzles. In a second embodiment, the non-rotating section includes at least two fluid outlets, and the rotatable section includes one inlet connected to a single conduit which supplies water to a set of nozzles. In preferred embodiments, the showerhead's rotating section includes primary nozzles and supplemental nozzles. Preferably, either or both the primary nozzles and supplemental nozzles are arranged in non-circular patterns (such a linear, oval, rectangular or triangular) so that rotation of the rotating section relative to the non-rotating sections produces different spray patterns.
