A drainage control device includes a main body, an upper cover, a lower cover, a pressure relief cover, a membrane, and a return member. The main body has a water filling trough, a drainage trough, and a water passage trough. A drainage chamber having a drainage port is defined between the upper cover and the drainage trough. A water filling chamber has a water filling port is defined between the lower cover and the water filling trough. The pressure relief cover and the main body hold a periphery of the membrane. A water passage chamber is defined between the membrane and the water passage trough. A back-pressure chamber having a drain port is defined between the membrane and the pressure relief cover. The membrane is configured to open or close a junction of the water passage chamber and the drainage chamber. The membrane is returned by the return member.

Accelerated drain apparatus and method for walk-in bathtub
11674295 · 2023-06-13 · ·

An accelerated drain system for a walk-in bathtub with a water outlet in a side wall communicates water to a diverter valve biased to circulate the water in the bathtub and movable selectively to communicate water through a reverse check valve to a drain, the reverse check valve biased closed to prevent water flow and movable selectively to allow water flow to the drain, with a controller configured for moving the diverter valve selectively from the second position to the closed position for subsequent use of the walk-in bathtub. A method of rapid draining of a walk-in bathtub is disclosed.

RETAINER GUIDANCE FOR RINSING VALVES

A valve assembly includes a valve head. A valve stem extends from the valve head and into a drain bore in a housing. A first guidance retainer ring is mounted around the valve stem at a first axial location on the valve stem. A second guidance retainer ring is mounted around the valve stem at a second axial location on the valve stem spaced apart from the first axial location.

A bathtub drain stopper includes an open-close mechanism having threaded upper and lower ends, a cap, a seal, and means for anchoring the open-close mechanism in a drain pipe, where the length can be adjusted and fixed with a lock nut. A threaded anchor is provided for tub shoe having a cross-bar with a threaded opening. An anchor having prongs is provided for a tub shoe having a cross-bar with no opening. A wheel-shaped anchor having an O-ring about its perimeter is provided for a drain that does not have a tub shoe.

Push-Type Drain Stopper for Pop-Up Drain
20170314244 · 2017-11-02 · ·

A push-type drain stopper is usable in a drain pipe that has a pivot rod port surrounded by a stub by sealing a rod that protrudes into the pipe through the stub. The stopper is pressed transversely into engagement with the rod, which is an anchor. The drain pipe has a drain flange that seals around a drain opening in a sink. If the flange becomes worn and unsightly or if one desires to change a color scheme for the sink, a cap that has a diameter greater than the drain flange hides the drain flange from sight. A retrofit kit includes the drain stopper, pivot balls sized to fit different pop-up drain assemblies, a rod that passes through the ball into the drain pipe, and a wing nut fixed to an end of the rod for tightening the rod against a stub cap.

INTEGRATED SINK AND DISPOSAL UNIT

Embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for disposal of liquid and food into a sink basin. The disclosed system cooperates with and delivers the received waste material to the main waste system on-board the vehicle. This is typically an aircraft waste tank. The system does not require a manual flush, but includes a sensor system that activates drainage of the holding line when the liquid and/or other waste material reaches a certain level therein. The disclosed system combines the functionalities of a common galley sink and a galley waste disposal unit, but occupies only the space envelope of an existing galley sink. The use of an existing galley sink means that no additional space on the countertop is required.

Sink and drain for sink

Sinks and drains for sinks permitting the attachment of the drain to the sink such that the drain is substantially disposed below the top surface of the sink basin, and such that there is no discernable separation between the base of the sink basin and the drain when viewed from above the sink. A method of making a sink such that there is no discernable separation between the base of the sink basin and the drain when viewed from above the sink.
