Pop-Up Drain Assembly
A pop-up drain assembly for a sink has drain piping, a stopper in the drain piping, a pivot rod for opening and closing the stopper and tends not to clog because the pivot rod is not within a fluid flow path. In one embodiment the stopper has flow diverter plates that channel fluid flowing through the drain piping away from the pivot rod so that hair, waste and debris does not catch on and accumulate on the pivot rod. In another embodiment the stopper and the pivot rod are engaged through magnetic coupling, and the pivot rod does not protrude into the fluid flow path. The stopper is preferably variable in length for adjustment to fit different distances from the pivot rod to the top of the drain piping.
Kitchen Sink Drain Stopper and Strainer
A drain stopper and strainer for a kitchen sink has a cap, a cap seal, an open-close mechanism, a strainer connected to a lower end of the open-close mechanism with an easy-connect mechanism, and an annular seal engaged with the strainer that seals an annular space between the strainer and a drain fitting. The cap seal preferably seals against the strainer. The stopper/strainer can be pushed into and pulled out of the drain fitting without assembly or disassembly. The strainer can be easily disconnected for cleaning and can be easily reconnected afterwards. For a drain fitted with a garbage disposal unit, the strainer has a hub-and-spoke structure for preventing eating and cooking utensils from falling into the garbage disposal unit.
Sink drain
A sink drain may include a drainage tube, a strainer, an O-shaped sealing pad, a push-type water valve, and a general bolt. The drainage tube has a blocking edge at an upper end thereof, and a thread nut is disposed on the drainage tube. The strainer has a cup-shaped main body, and a thread portion is formed on the outer periphery of a lower section of the main body. The thread nut of the drainage tube is engaged with the thread portion of the strainer to complete the connection between the drainage tube and the strainer. The sealing pad, which is elastically deformable, has a first section and a second section, and the first section having a larger diameter than the second section is located above the second section. The push-type water valve with a second O-ring is downwardly put into a third drainage hole of a sink.
Accelerated Drain Apparatus And Method For Walk-In Bathtub
An accelerated drain system for a walk-in bathtub with a water outlet in a side wall communicates water to a diverter valve biased to circulate the water in the bathtub and movable selectively to communicate water through a reverse check valve to a drain, the reverse check valve biased closed to prevent water flow and movable selectively to allow water flow to the drain, with a controller configured for moving the diverter valve selectively from the second position to the closed position for subsequent use of the walk-in bathtub. A method of rapid draining of a walk-in bathtub is disclosed.
Drain assembly and faucet lift rod coupling device
A drain assembly for a faucet includes a lift rod configured to be carried by the faucet and actuated relative to the faucet. A lever arm is configured to actuate a drain plug. A coupling device includes a first coupling portion coupled to the lift rod, a second coupling portion coupled to the lever arm, and a living hinge coupling the first coupling portion to the second coupling portion. The living hinge facilitates actuation of the lever arm and the drain plug upon actuation of the lift rod.
Drain fitting device
This disclosure relates to drains in bathing environments. A drain fitting device can have a motor to actuate a cam to maneuver a drain stopper, enabling the flow of fluid through a drain inlet of a bathing environment. The drain fitting device can provide a motorized or actuated method for a user to quickly and reliably open a drain stopper of a bathing environment.

DRAIN ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure discloses a drain assembly, has a downpipe and a sealing plug; the upper end opening of the downpipe is provided with a connecting pipe seat by integral molding and the upper end opening of the connecting pipe seat serves as a sewer outlet; the downpipe and the connecting pipe seat internally share a connector that can move upward or downward; the upper end part of the connector is linked with the sealing plug; the pipe wall of the downpipe is integrally provided with a guide seat at the position corresponding to the lower end part of the connector; the guide seat is communicated with interior of the downpipe. Furthermore, the stay wire component is elastically clamped on the downpipe through a wave spring, therefore, the installation speed is increased and the sealing effect of the connection is ensured.
Drain stopper apparatus
A drain stopper apparatus is disclosed and configured for being installed within a drain hole of a fixture, for preventing any buildup of hair or other materials within an associated drainpipe of the fixture. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides a stopper body sized and shaped for being positioned within the drain hole of the fixture, in contact with an inner surface of a basin of the fixture. A stopper tailpiece is engaged with a bottom of the stopper body. A stopper is positioned within the stopper body and configured for selectively moving between one of an open position and a closed position. A drive coupler interconnects a lower end of the stopper tailpiece with an upper end of the drainpipe, the drive coupler providing a drive mechanism positioned and configured for selectively actuating the stopper between the open and closed positions.
WASTEWATER DRAIN STOPPER SYSTEM
A wastewater drain assembly is provided that includes a selectively openable drain stopper. The wastewater drain assembly is interconnected to a fluid basin wherein a flange, which is interconnected to wastewater plumbing, is situated within the sink. The flange receives an insert that has a portion that conceals the flange.
