PROTECTOR FOR A DRAIN
A drain protector (1) is provided which has a conformable bottom frame (3) having a central opening that is closed by a filter element (4) spanning the opening. The filter element is capable of removing silt from water on a building site. The bottom frame is capable of conforming to the surface terrain around a drain opening due to the compressive weight of the drain protector in-situ. There is a porous top frame (2) that provides additional separation for debris from silted water and also provides compression weight for the bottom frame. The drain protector (1) may be removed, cleaned and reused.
SLUDGE RETAINING DEVICE FOR A DRAIN OF A SANITARY BASIN
The invention relates to a sludge retaining device for a drain of a sanitary basin, in particular of a sink or the like, comprising a sieve surface, which is formed extending from a higher to a lower surface region, and a handle device, which is arranged in the region of the lower surface region on the sieve surface, wherein the handle device comprises a flow disruption device, in particular break-away edge, for the flow of a liquid, which flows towards the lower surface region, such that the flow of the liquid is at least partially broken up by the recess.
Self-cleaning sink
Systems, methods, and techniques for cleaning sinks and dishes are provided. In some embodiments, a cleaning system comprises at least one fluid supply, at least one opening in a side wall of a sink basin, and at least one nozzle positioned along an exterior of the sink basin. The nozzle is configured to receive fluid from the fluid supply, and dispense fluid through an opening in a side wall of the sink basin to an interior surface of the sink basin. In some embodiments, the nozzle is configured to dispense fluid to the interior of a sink basin, such that substantially all surfaces of the interior of the sink basin are covered with a thin layer of fluid. In some embodiments, nozzle dispensing angle, duration of a cleaning cycle, flow rate or amount of dispensing fluid, or activation of a cleaning cycle may be manually or automatically controlled.

BAFFLE WITH ANTI-REVERSE STOPPERS
Food waste disposers, particularly food waste disposers for installation under a sink, can include a mounting assembly that has a baffle. Each baffle of the present technology can include an outer rim, a plurality of flaps that are attached to the outer rim by a hinge and extend radially inwardly from the outer rim. Each flap can have an anti-reverse stopper that is intended to resist upward movement of the flap during operation, to prevent food waste from backing-up out of the disposer into the sink.

Sink basin drain assembly
Systems and methods for providing a sink basin having a coupled drain assembly for interchangeably coupling a drain and a garbage disposal are described. In an aspect, a sink basin drain assembly includes, but is not limited to, a drain body defining an interior; a collar extending outwardly from the drain body and terminating at an exterior edge and tapering from the exterior edge to an aperture fluidically coupled with the interior, the exterior edge configured to couple with an inwardly extending interior lip on a bottom portion of a flanged drain housing, the collar including a collar seal configured to abut an upper surface of the; and a drain shield including a base and sidewalls extending upwardly from the base, the sidewalls configured to interface with the bottom portion of the flanged drain housing to push the lip against the collar seal.

SINK DRAIN
A sink drain may include a drainage tube, a strainer, an O-shaped sealing pad, a drain cover, and a general bolt. The drainage tube has a blocking edge at an upper end thereof, and a thread nut is disposed on the drainage tube. The strainer has a cup-shaped main body, and a thread portion is formed on the outer periphery of a lower section of the main body. The thread nut of the drainage tube is engaged with the thread portion of the strainer to complete the connection between the drainage tube and the strainer. The sealing pad, which is elastically deformable, has a first section and a second section, and the first section having a larger diameter than the second section is located above the second section. The drain cover with a second O-ring is downwardly put in a second drainage hole of a sink.
