WATER SEAL DEVICE FOR REMOVING ODOUR OF TOILET
Disclosed is a water seal device for removing odour of a toilet. The water seal device is mounted in a toilet tank, and consists of an exhaust assembly, a water seal backflow assembly and an electronic control assembly. The device is provided with a powerful exhaust electric motor. After starting, the electronic control assembly supplies power to the exhaust electric motor, and the exhaust electric motor can inhale a gas in a bowl into the tank. Water in a U-shaped trap water seal is pushed and pressed out by means of the gas pressure. When the toilet discharges sewage, the electronic control assembly automatically cuts a power supply, and the exhaust electric motor stops working, and the U-shaped trap water loses the pressure to block gas return.
REPLACEMENT P-TRAP SYSTEM
A replacement p traps for sinks, tubs and any other plumbing system that utilizes P traps in both residential and commercial settings. The present replacement system having a first threaded conduit segment that will engage with the existing free end of the pipe leading from the sink wherein such conduit includes at least one locking means, a second threaded conduit segment that will engage with the existing free end of the pipe leading to the sewer or septic system wherein such conduit includes at least one locking means, and a U shaped bend wherein each end of the bend includes at least one locking means and wherein each end of the bend is designed to connect with the first and second threaded conduits segments.

CONTAMINATION BARRIER FOR PLUMBING SYSTEMS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A contamination unit for isolating a building from contamination of a sewer is disclosed. The contamination unit includes a housing with an inlet and an outlet, a trap assembly, and a fluid trigger. The inlet is in fluid communication with a fluid source, plumbing equipment, and/or condensating equipment to receive fluid. The housing has a reservoir to collect the fluid therein and to define a reservoir portion of a contamination barrier about the outlet. The trap assembly includes a trap conduit between the outlet and the sewer that is shaped to collect the fluid therein and define a trap portion of the contamination barrier. The fluid trigger is positionable about the housing to selectively release the fluid through the inlet and into the reservoir of the housing whereby the fluid in the contamination barrier is maintained to prevent the contamination from passing from the sewer into the building.
Plumbing P-trap
The improved plumbing P-trap is a plumbing fixture. The improved plumbing P-trap attaches the drain of a sink to a DWV. The improved plumbing P-trap transports gray water into the DWV from the sink. The improved plumbing P-trap comprises a modified P-trap, a second clean out plug, and a snake guide. The modified P-trap transports gray water from the sink drain to the DWV. The second clean out plug is the modification to the modified P-trap that provides access to the DWV side of the modified P-trap. The second clean out plug is intended for use with a plumbing snake. The snake guide: 1) opens the second clean out plug; and, 2) attaches to the second clean out plug to guide the plumbing snake into the DWV.

PLUMBING TRAP WITH TOP ACCESS
Disclosed is a plumbing trap provided with a top access clean out for use with a P-trap. A horizontal extension conduit having an elbow having a threaded connection for attachment to a P-trap. The elbow forms an outside curvature at which is formed a clean out member providing bi-directional access within the plumbing passageway. The clean out member allows for access without having to remove the P-trap and while fluid flow is maintained within the passageway. The clean out member includes an outlet aligned along an axis that is positioned in a vertical plane at a 45 angle relative to the first axis and a 45 angle relative to the second axis and a 45 angle relative to horizontal plane relative to the first axis. A second clean out member may be positioned in a mirror image and at a 90 angle to the first clean out.

Clip on cover for sink traps
A clip on cover for sink traps is provided to allow prevention of burns to the legs of wheelchair users of the sink through isolating the trap at a distance from the cover and thus at a distance from the legs of the wheel chair user. The cover enables a range of form factors to be covered without the collection of leak water, allows leaks in the trap to be detected, and provides aesthetic flexibility and access for trap hygiene maintenance. The clip on cover enables easy cleaning and access for trap maintenance. By linking the weight of the trap indirectly to the sink mount through placement of clips such that the upper clip engages the fixed drain plug and the lower drain plug engages the trap upstream arm, strain on the downstream, horizontal, wall bend is relieved.
