System and method for flushing a drain trap
A system and method for flushing a drain trap body having first and second channels with a dividing wall between that provides for one or more separate and dedicated streams of water operable to flush debris from the two-channel drain trap body.
P-trap plumbing connection and a method of installing a P-trap plumbing connection
A P-trap plumbing connection is positioned within a housing and a method of installation involves mounting the housing either on a wall or within a wall. When this method is used the space below a sink or inside a cabinet is no longer occupied to the same degree by the p-trap and drain piping.

Flexible drain line assembly
A flexible drain line assembly for seamlessly connecting a sink to a waste line includes a tube that has a first end and a second end. The first end and the second end are configured to fluidically couple to a waste line and a tailpiece of a sink, respectively. The tube is configured to drain waste water from the sink to the waste line. The tube is flexible to position the first end proximate to the waste line and the second end proximate to the tailpiece. A section of the tube that is positioned proximate to the first end is configured to be curvedly bent below the waste line. A retainer is configured to couple to the tube to fixedly position the section of the tube to defines a trap. The trap is configured to retain liquid to deter passage of gas from the waste line to the sink.
Flexible drain pipe
Drain pipe assemblies are provide that include a first flexible pipe having a first end, a second end, and a plurality of convolutions formed therein. A first female threaded connector is provided that is configured to receive one of the convolutions of the first flexible pipe therein. In this way, the first female threaded connector can form a seal when the one of the convolutions received therein is proximate the first end of the first flexible pipe and the first female threaded connector is threadably coupled to a first male threaded coupling. A retainer is provided that is configured to dispose a portion of the flexible pipe therethrough to form and retain a trap in the first flexible pipe. Methods of installing and using such drain pipe assemblies are also provided.

Joint device for drain pipes
A joint device for drain pipes comprises a structural tube made of a rigid material and providing structural integrity to the joint device. The structural tube defines at least part of a drain passage of the joint device, a bottom portion of the structural tube having diametrical dimensions for complementary sealing engagement with a pipe of a drain network. An annular seal of resilient sealing material is integrally connected to an upper portion of the structural tube to define at least an inner surface of a portion of the drain passage of the joint device, the annular seal having inner diametrical dimensions for sealing engagement with a tailpiece slid downwardly into engagement with the joint device.

Device, System and Method for Automatic Flushing with a Multiple Valve
The invention relates to a device (2) for automatically flushing liquid lines, in particular drinking water lines, with at least one connection (4) for a water conduit, with at least one connection (6) for a wastewater conduit, and with a flushing valve (8) which is arranged between the connections for the water conduit and wastewater conduit. The object of providing a device for automatic flushing that allows a flushing behaviour which is better tailored to the conditions is achieved in that the flushing valve (8) comprises a multiple valve with parallel valves (10). The invention further relates to a system of water lines and to a method for automatically flushing water lines using a device according to the invention.
