Fluid outlet unit
A fluid outlet includes a top side with a plurality of grooves to channel moisture into a basin. A drain pipe port at the bottom of the basin channels moisture into the drain pipe. The outlet can be made from a single unitary polymer that can be cut to fit into any location.

JOINT DEVICE FOR DRAIN PIPES
A joint device for drain pipes comprises a structural tube made of a rigid material and providing structural integrity to the joint device. The structural tube defines at least part of a drain passage of the joint device, a bottom portion of the structural tube having diametrical dimensions for complementary sealing engagement with a pipe of a drain network. An annular seal of resilient sealing material is integrally connected to an upper portion of the structural tube to define at least an inner surface of a portion of the drain passage of the joint device, the annular seal having inner diametrical dimensions for sealing engagement with a tailpiece slid downwardly into engagement with the joint device.

MULTI-LAYER WATER SEALING DEVICE AND MULTI-LAYER WATER SEALING METHOD
A multi-layer water sealing device, includes at least two layers of water seal sequentially arranged from top to bottom. An upper-layer water seal has a floating bell-shaped cover structure, and the floating bell-shaped cover structure includes a water sealing box and a floating bell-shaped cover arranged in the water sealing box. A lower-layer water seal is arranged in a drain pipe below the floating bell-shaped cover, and one side of the water sealing box is extended to form or connected to a communication cavity offset from the drain pipe. The floating bell-shaped cover correspondingly is extended to form or connected to a floating component floatable in the communication cavity and offset from the drain pipe.
DUTCH TRAP
A tubular insert is inserted in a tubular P-Trap which comprises a straight inlet section, a U-Bend trap section, and a straight outlet section. The insert has an inner diameter, an outer diameter, and a length such that the length is greater than an inner diameter of the P-Trap. Liquid flow is allowed to pass through the insert but oversized objects, having a maximum size greater than the insert inner diameter of the insert, are prevented from flowing through it. A retractor is used to retract the insert along with the oversized object from the inlet section of the P-Trap.

Flexible Conduit Element
The current invention comprises a flexible conduit means for an exhaust system of a combustion engine vehicle, comprising a bellows member (2), an outer flexible braided or knitted member (3) enclosing the bellows member, a resilient member (4), that is elastically deformable and encloses the outer braided or knitted member at least partially and abuts against it, whereas the bellows member comprises two corrugated portions (21), a connecting portion (24) between the corrugated portions, and the resilient member (4) encloses the connecting portion at least partially, the connecting portion (24) comprises flanks (25) that are formed at its axial ends and extend at least in a radial direction, and a curved portion (26) which connects the flanks with each other and which is at least partially enclosed by the resilient member (4).
Combination plumbing trap and vent kit, system, and method
A combination plumbing trap and vent assembly for retrofitting existing sink installations is disclosed. The assembly includes a J-bend pipe with an inlet for attachment to a sink and an outlet, a T-pipe with an inlet arm connected to the J-bend outlet, a valve arm, and an outlet arm for connection to a drain, and an air admittance valve (AAV) attached to the valve arm. The AAV allows air to enter the system when negative pressure develops, maintaining proper drainage without extensive modifications to existing structures. This assembly provides an effective solution for slow-draining sinks and compliance with modern plumbing codes, particularly in situations where traditional venting methods are impractical or cost-prohibitive.
