DRAIN PIPE CONNECTOR SYSTEM
A drain pipe connector adapted to be disposed between a drain portal of a plumbing fixture and a sewage pipe. The drain pipe connector includes a first unidirectional valve adapted to be in fluid communication with the drain portal, and a drain trap in connected to the first unidirectional valve and adapted to be connected to the sewage pipe. The first unidirectional valve has a closed operative orientation, in which the first unidirectional valve forms a seal between the drain portal and the drain trap, and an open operative orientation which enables flow of fluid from the drain portal, via the first unidirectional valve, into the drain trap. The first unidirectional valve is normally closed, and when liquid drains into the first unidirectional valve, pressure applied by the liquid transitions the first unidirectional valve from the closed operative orientation to the open operative orientation, thereby enabling the liquid to flow into the drain trap.
HYBRID TRAP WITH WATER INJECTION
A hybrid flushing system for water free urinals is presented with a housing having a wall portion forming a cavity for receiving a cartridge. The housing also includes a flushing fluid inlet portion for receiving a flushing fluid and a flushing fluid directing portion configured to direct the flushing fluid. A cartridge for installation into a housing is presented, including a cartridge wall, a flushing fluid receiving portion and a flushing fluid directing portion to direct flushing fluid received to any portion to clean areas of the housing, the cartridge, and connected plumbing. Steps for cleaning a hybrid flushing system are presented with an act of directing a flushing fluid into an area, where the area is one of a cartridge for a hybrid flushing system, a housing for a hybrid flushing system, and a plumbing system connected with the hybrid flushing system.

Self-adjustable gas isolator
The present invention discloses a self-adjustable gas isolator, including a floater, a liquid storage device, a liquid outlet, a cover plate, a liquid discharging hole and a pressure balancing device. The floater has a pressure relief port; the pressure balancing device is connected with the floater in fixed position; the floater is sleeved in the liquid storage device and the floater goes up and down along with liquid level in the liquid storage device. The sealing device regulates the opening degree between the floater and the liquid outlet automatically according to the liquid volume discharged, and the pressure balancing device releases gas pressure preventing liquid from discharging, and the discharging speed of liquid is fast. The self-adjustable gas isolator is simple in structure, no components for hooking sundries in its channel, and is not easy to jam. When discharging liquid, the floater swings or rotates with self-cleaning function.

Waterless trap
A waterless trap for use in a drain assembly includes flow enhancing features to promote the vortex water flow of water received in the trap, an improved sealing arrangement to enhance the seal between a seal member and the housing to inhibit sewer gas leaks from an attached drain pipe by maintaining an evaporation barrier that assists in retaining water in a corresponding p-trap, and a plurality of air passages can allow the trap seal to open with ease when the drain pipe is pressurized. These features may be used in combination with one another or may be independently employed.

Check valve
A check valve includes a plate-shaped valve seat member provided with a fluid discharge port, a plate-shaped valve member provided on a downstream side of the valve seat member and configured to open/close the discharge port, a coil spring provided on a downstream side of the valve member and configured to bias the valve member toward the discharge port, a spring receiving member provided for the coil spring on a downstream side thereof, and a plurality of guide rods provided at the periphery of the valve member and formed to extend in an upstream-to-downstream flow direction, each having a downstream end portion attached to the spring receiving member, and configured to guide the valve member in the upstream-to-downstream flow direction.
Plumbing device
The invention provides a connector having: a. a chamber having an open upper chamber and a lower chamber, b. an inlet connector and c. an outlet connector formed in a floor of the lower chamber. The inlet connector is supported above the open upper chamber by one or more arms. The upper chamber has an upper chamber floor having an upper chamber outlet, the upper chamber being in fluid communication with the lower chamber by means of the upper chamber outlet. The upper chamber outlet has a non-return valve which is arranged to open at a pre-selected pressure and the lower chamber forms a flow conduit for receiving the valve when it is open. In some embodiments a shielded connector is provided in which a shield is shaped to cover the open upper chamber of the connector. A valve assembly may be provided for use in the connector or shielded connector wherein the valve assembly has a stem, a biasing member for biasing the valve assembly into a closed position, a valve disc for sealing the outlet. An upper washer and a lower washer are disclosed for support of the valve disc such that the valve disc does not distort in use.
