SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MODULAR SINK WITH RAPID INSTALLATION
Systems and methods for rapid installation of modular sinks into cabinetry are described. In an embodiment, a sink system includes a sink basin including a rim sized and dimensioned to extend from a back surface of a countertop of the cabinet system to beyond a front surface of the countertop. At least a portion of the sink basin is sized and dimensioned to fit between a first cut extending from the back surface of the countertop to the front surface of the countertop and a second cut extending from the back surface of the countertop to the front surface of the countertop. The sink basin includes a front portion angled downward from the rim to cover at least a portion of the front surface of the countertop. The sink basin including a lip extending outwardly from a bottom portion of the front portion.

FIRECLAY APRON-FRONT SINK WITH INTERGRATED LEDGE AND SELF-TRIMMING FEATURES
An undermount, apron-front sink is provided. The sink includes a basin, a ledge, a rim coupled with the basin, an upper portion, and an apron. The basin includes a first side wall, an opposite second side wall, a front wall, and a rear wall. The ledge is supported at and extends outwardly from an upper end of one of the front wall and the rear wall of the basin. The rim is supported at and extends outwardly from the basin in a substantially horizontal orientation to form a continuous planar surface that is configured to be mounted abutting an underside of a horizontal countertop. The upper portion extends between the ledge and the one of the front wall and the rear wall. The apron is coupled with the basin and includes a right end portion, a left end portion, a front face, and a rear face.

UNDERMOUNT SINK
A sink system is provided. The sink system includes a sink basin and a discharge conduit coupled to the sink basin, which is positioned to expel fluid into the sink basin via an outlet thereof. The flow of fluid through the discharge conduit may be activated via a motion sensor or switch coupled directly to the basin or a spacer ring positioned between the basin and the countertop. Controls for adjusting the temperature and/or flow rate of fluid through the discharge conduit may also be coupled to the basin or a spacer ring positioned between the basin and the countertop, or alternatively, to a surface of the countertop. Methods of making and using sink systems are also provided.
