Dual Flush Flapper Valve Apparatus
20200407959 · 2020-12-31 ·

A dual flush flapper valve apparatus for converting a standard toilet to a dual flush system includes a valve body having a lower rim and an upper rim. The lower rim is configured to selectively engage a tank valve of a toilet. A valve top is coupled to the valve body and is selectively engageable with the upper rim to seal and alternatively unseal a top aperture. A first chain and a second chain are configured to attach to a trip lever of the toilet to move the valve top between a closed position. The first chain and the second chain are arranged such that a partial depression of a handle of the toilet lifts the trip lever to move the valve top to the open position and a full depression of the handle lifts the trip lever further to move the valve body to the lifted position.

TOILET FLAPPER

The present disclosure describes toilet flappers having an adjustable length cord. For example, the present disclosure describes a toilet flapper having a frame with a guide structure. A float is connected to a bottom surface of the frame. A cap is connected to a top surface of the frame. A retractable cord reel is housed between the cap and the frame. During installation of the toilet flapper, a user can grab a hook attached to the end of the cord and pull enough of the cord out of the retractable cord reel and through the guide structure so that the user can attach the hook to, for example, a flush lever. In some embodiments, the toilet flapper includes a locking mechanism that impedes the cord from retracting back into retractable cord reel or from being pulled out of retractable cord reel by the user.

A fill valve system with a float nested in a container connected to the fill valve and a siphon device passing water out of the container into the toilet tank, with the siphon device having an air vent dimensioned such that: (i) tank refilling is delayed until after the flush valve closes; (ii) the fill valve is not turned on by small leaks in the tank; and (iii) the fill valve turns off when it encounters large leaks in the tank.

A fill valve with pressure chamber having an open bottom end and a diaphragm at a top end such that falling water level in the toilet tank causes the diaphragm to flex in a first direction, thereby moving a sealing member to an open position, with a venturi in the fill valve keeping the sealing member in the open position until water refilling the tank causes the diaphragm to flex in a second direction, thereby moving the sealing member back to the closed position.

The present invention relates to a reverse commode which provides needful support, features and attachments for the user, wherein the user may be a person of any age group or any person such as a geriatric suffering from Amnesia, working men, working and non-working women and students requiring revision prior to examination and others needing effective use of toilet time for multi-tasking. The said commode comprising a toilet pan/bowl (1), a flush tank (2), a seat cover (3), a plurality of handles and fixtures for support (4), a utility rack (5), an LCD screen stand (6), a flushing lever (7), and an innovatively designed reverse drainage plumbing system (8) and a reverse drainage hole (9).

EFFICIENT FLUSH TOILET

A toilet flushing assembly includes at least a spiral trapway and a drive mechanism. The spiral trapway includes an upstream portion coupled to a toilet bowl, a curved portion, and a downstream portion coupled to a waste outlet. The drive mechanism is coupled to the spiral trapway and configured to rotate the spiral trapway from a first orientation to a second orientation. The first orientation evacuates contents from the toilet bowl and the second orientation advances the contents from the spiral trapway to the waste outlet.
