Bath fan and heater with cover having adjustable luver or depressible fastener and depressible release
Apparatus, systems and methods of using 70 CFM ventilation fans with heaters for bathrooms having depressibly engageable and depressibly releaseable light covers. The novel ventilation fans and heaters can be mounted to structure in ceilings and inside walls with telescoping suspension brackets that are affixed directly to separate sides of the housing to support the housing against joists and structural supports behind the ceiling. Adjustable louvers on the grill cover allow for outgoing heated air to travel in a different direction into a space from the incoming air travelling into the housing. Plastic type housings around blower wheels reduce undesirable noise effects. Light covers can be easily opened and closed by using depressible engageable fasteners, and depressible release fasteners.
Odor extractor
An extractor device to extract unwanted odors from a conventional toilet may include a seat mounting device configured to mount on a toilet seat of the conventional toilet; an input noise reduction muffler assembly connected to the seat mounting device to eliminate noise transmitted from the seat mounting device; a vacuum device in fluid connection with the seat mounting device; the vacuum device including a ring compression blower to generate a vacuum; an output noise reduction assembly to reduce noise from the vacuum device.

FLUSH TOILET
Afforded are: a toilet body including a toilet bowl part, a rim conduit 36, and a rim part; and a functional component mounted on an upper surface part of the toilet body, rearward of the toilet bowl part. The upper surface part includes a cut-out part formed such as to be recessed downward from the other part of the upper surface part. The functional component is disposed on the cut-out part such as to be partially positioned downward with respect to an upper surface of the rim part, and such as to be partially stuck out into the toilet bowl part from upon the cut-out part, and, on a bottom surface of the stuck-out part, the functional component is provided with a conduit forming surface serving as an upper surface of the rim conduit.
VENTILATED TOILET
A ventilated toilet for removing odors from the toilet base includes a unitary molded tank assembly with an integral ventilation cavity formed along the base and the back inside of the water tank. At least one water channel connects a water inlet chamber of the base to the water tank and is configured to channel water into the base when released from the tank, as well as to provide an airflow conduit for odors present in the base to be removed from the base via the ventilation cavity. A flush valve extends through the ventilation cavity to connect the tank and the base, and is sealed in attachment to eliminate egress of odors. The system permits substantial elimination of odors at flush volumes of 1.6, 1.3 or 0.8 gallons per flush by virtue of the enhanced seals and unitary construction. A toilet tank assembly in accordance with the invention is also disclosed.
