The carrier plate also including a bracket extending from the rear face of the face plate proximate the top end to define a bracket length, and one or more feet extending from the rear face of the face plate proximate the bottom end to define a foot length and a base plane, where the foot defines an anchor aperture therethrough, where the anchor aperture defines an anchor zone including a volume delineated by the cross-section of the anchor aperture extended normal to the base plane in both directions therefrom, and where the bracket is not positioned within the anchor zone.

A carrier assembly for supporting a water closet having an outlet. The carrier assembly including a faceplate defining an opening therethrough, where the opening includes a first end configured to form a water-tight seal with the outlet of the water closet and a second end opposite the first end, and a fluid coupler defining a fluid pathway therethrough, where the fluid pathway includes an inlet and an outlet opposite the inlet, where the outlet is configured to be coupled to and form a water-tight seal with a wastewater pipe while the fluid pathway is in fluid communication with an internal volume of the wastewater pipe, and where the outlet has at least one degree of adjustability relative to the wastewater pipe.

A closet carrier assembly for a wall-mounted toilet includes two spaced apart frames that are typically identical. Each frame includes a front leg and a rear leg with an arm connecting the front and rear legs to form an opening. At least one face plate has a passageway with an inlet for coupling to a wall mounted toilet. The face plate is preferably adjustably secured to the front legs of the frames. A waste pipe chase couples to an outlet of the passageway of the face plate. The waste pipe chase has at least one conduit extending through the opening between the legs of one of the frames.

A water closet carrier assembly for mounting a water closet having an outlet to a plurality of wall members includes a faceplate having a central portion extending in a widthwise direction between a first side and a second side, and a water closet outlet opening configured to align with an outlet of the water closet, a first side portion coupled to the central portion at the first side, the first side portion including a first side portion mounting aperture, and a second side portion coupled to the central portion at the second side, the second side portion including a second side portion mounting aperture. The water closet carrier assembly also includes first and second fasteners configured to couple the first and second side portions, respectively, to first and second wall members, respectively, of the plurality of wall members. The faceplate is supported solely by the plurality of wall members.
