Waste outlet
A waste outlet having a top section, with an inlet and an outlet, and a bottom section, with an inlet and an outlet. The top section and the bottom section are both mounted upon a substantially elongate member. A tubular seal element encloses the outlet of the top section and the inlet of the bottom section and one of the top section and the bottom section is connected to the elongate member and the other of the top section and the bottom section is slidably mounted on the rigid elongate member so that it can slide therealong to adjust the distance between the respective sections.
FLOOR DRAIN SYSTEM
A floor drain system includes a drain body having a drain opening arranged for attachment to a drain pipe and installation in a subfloor. A clamping collar is arranged for securing a waterproof layer to the drain body. The drain body includes a plurality of fastener receiving structures along an inner side of the drain opening for receiving a plurality of fasteners to attach the clamping collar to the drain body and seal the waterproof layer between the drain body and the clamping collar.
Combination of a Drain, Such as an Outlet Drain or Shower Drain, and a Seal
The invention relates to a device for arranging a seal on a collecting tray of a drain, such as an outlet drain or shower drain, which device includes: a fixing plate for fixing under a collecting tray of a drain, which fixing plate has at least two straight edges lying at an acute angle, preferably an angle of 90 degrees. The fixing plate includes at least one fastening opening through which a fastening means such as a threaded end and nut can protrude for the purpose of fastening the fixing plate against a bottom of a collecting tray and a watertight, flexible membrane which is arranged with an edge zone on the fixing plate. The free part of the membrane is upright and extends substantially perpendicularly of the fixing plate.
Modular drain assembly for pod constructed room
A modular room includes a floor having an upper surface, and a lower surface. The floor defines a floor height between the upper surface and the lower surface, and the floor defines a through aperture. At least three walls have a lower end connected to the floor and an upper end extend away from the floor, a ceiling is connected to the upper end of the walls, and a drain body is positioned in the floor aperture. The drain body has an upper surface and a lower surface and defines a drain body height between the upper and lower surfaces. The drain body height is less than the floor height, such that the drain body does not extend above the upper surface of the floor or below the lower surface of the flow while the drain body is positioned in the aperture in the floor.
Drain Device and Shower Base System
Provided are systems for and methods of providing an integrated drain system and shower base. The drain system comprises a bonding flange drain that has a flange defining a drain opening, a substrate encompassing the outer portion of the flange and supporting the flange, and a waterproof membrane having a fibrous surface. A bonding material couples the membrane to the substrate. A drain tube having an inner rim and operable to removably seal with the lower end of the bonding flange drain using a coupling interface that includes a silicon seal.
LEAKAGE PREVENTION DRAINAGE TRAP WITH JOINT REINFORCING MEMBER, AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to, in a drainage trap including a drainage pipe inserted into a drainage hole and an inlet portion formed at a top of the drainage pipe with a plurality of holes formed therein for performing a filtering function during drainage, a leakage prevention drainage trap with a joint reinforcing member and an installation method thereof. The joint reinforcing member 120 formed of a resin mesh or a metal mesh is coupled to an edge 113 of the drainage trap to be positioned between an upper portion of a mortar layer and tiles and is installed in a joint cement between the drainage trap and the tiles to firmly reinforce the joint cement.
Shower base assembly compatible with residential and commercial construction
A shower base assembly includes a shower base, a drain grate frame, a double-threaded flange nipple, and a rubber gasket. The shower base includes a upper side pre-sloped to allow for water drainage to drain hole extending to a lower side of the shower base. The drain grate frame is insertable through the drain hole from the shower base upper side to be received within the double-threaded flange nipple. An industry standard plumbing drain body may engage the double-threaded flange nipple from the shower base lower side. The rubber gasket is compressed against the shower base about the drain hole between the double-threaded flange nipple and the drain body.
Anti-leak system for sanitary appliances
A leakage prevention system for sanitary appliances, such as shower drains, kitchen drains, any other building drains, and squat toilets. This system can completely prevent leaks from any wastewater or sewage drains, wherein there is no need to attach the edges of a waterproof membrane to the surface beneath the waterproof membrane.
Shower drain with non-threaded throat
Embodiments of a drain comprise three primary components that can be provided in a preassembled configuration: a drain body, which includes an integral upper flange; a lower clamping collar that forms a lower flange; and a waterproof membrane that is fixedly sandwiched between the upper and lower flanges and extends outwardly therefrom. The drain is further characterized through the use of a plurality of fins that extend into the cylindrical interior of the drain body's throat and act to position and hold a drain cover assembly in place replacing the use of threads that are common in the prior art.
