Adjustable floor drain
A drain assembly including a shroud, a shank having a cylindrical radially inward facing surface defining an axis, a grate defining a plurality of openings, a frame positioned axially between the shank and the grate, and where the frame is configured to support the grate. The drain assembly also includes a cover removably coupleable to the drain assembly and configured to prevent material from coming into contact with the grate, where the cover includes an axial height defining an axial envelope, and where the grate is positioned within the axial envelope.
Systems and Methods for Flood Prevention and Pest Control
A comprehensive dry flood proofing solution to mitigate inland flooding risk for existing or new homes and small buildings. This family of integrated systems of the present disclosure each leverage the building's structure to offer practical and affordable flood protection for those buildings constructed with slab-on-grade foundations. This family of solutions includes pluggable weep holes, entry door/garage door/window protectors, wall appurtenances and penetration protection, house wrap and debris barrier system for wall protection and sewage anti-backflow protection. The components of the solution are reusable, easy to deploy, and do not detract from the building's permanent appearance. Furthermore, the solution allows for ingress/egress during flood events and can protect the building from standing water incursion up to 24″ above slab elevation. The pre-flood design and preparation, the deployment immediately preceding flooding event and the subsequent removal after flooding event has passed is provided by both contractors and homeowners.
Plumbing fixture
In a first aspect there is disclosed a plumbing fixture (10) to be installed in a waste plumbing installation. The plumbing fixture (10) includes a fixture body (12) having (i) an inlet conduit (14) defining an inlet opening (24), and (ii) an outlet conduit (16) defining an outlet opening (26). The inlet and outlet conduits (14, 16) define a flow passage (18) to provide fluid communication between the inlet opening (24) and the outlet opening (26). The outlet conduit (14) is operatively placed in fluid communication with the waste plumbing installation. The plumbing fixture (10) further includes a peripheral flange (20) which (a) extends outwardly from an outer surface of the fixture body (12), and (b) is located at a position between the inlet opening (24) and the outlet opening (26) of the fixture body (12). The peripheral flange (20) is operatively adapted to span an opening formed between the plumbing installation and a surface surrounding the plumbing installation.

Cover assembly and methods
Systems and methods of installing a fixture into a material are provided. The fixture includes a body and a cover assembly that is removably coupled to the body and configured to move relative to the body once the body has been secured within the material. The cover assembly includes a movable component configured to aid removal of the cover assembly.
Storm water gate with sensors
A fluid flow control and debris intercepting apparatus for controlling the flow of fluid and the introduction of debris into the entrance of a conventional curbside storm drain of the character having spaced apart side walls that define a fluid flow channel through which fluid flows. Additionally, the apparatus senses the nature and extent of contaminants contained within the fluid.

Single bay mechanical closure device
A mechanical closure device comprises an enclosure having four sides, a top and bottom and defining a discharge opening at the bottom. A floodgate assembly is interiorly removably mounted to the enclosure and comprises a pair of doors pivoted on a hinge assembly between an opened position and closed position. In the closed position, the doors seal against the flange to prevent passage of water through the discharge opening. A discharge drain assembly is preferably disposed on one door and has an opened and a closed position. An appendage is provided to facilitate opening and of the door. Upon removal, the floodgate assembly is stably positionable on a multipositionable service rack. A multipurpose tool is employed unlatching the floodgate doors and slidably removing the floodgate assembly.
COMBINATION OF A COVER PLATE AND A DRAIN AND USE OF SUCH COMBINATION
A combination of a cover plate and a drain, preferably a floor drain is described. The cover plate is provided with first locking means and the drain is provided with cooperating second locking means for releasable connection of the cover plate to the floor drain. The cover plate is a temporary cover plate for use during installation of the drain. The cover plate may be used for a temporary protection of a drain during installation of the drain and for installing and adjusting the inclination of the drain without the need of separate levelling tools. To obtain this the cover plate is provided with levelling means for determining the orientation of the cover plate and thereby also the drain in relation to a horizontal or a vertical plane. The first locking means or the second locking means comprises a weakening arranged such that at least a part of the locking means is preferably damaged when the cover plate is removed from the drain to ensure that the cover is not reused.
Adjustable Floor Drain and Method of Installation
A drain assembly comprises a shroud, a shank, and a frame. The drain assembly may further comprise a shim with an angled top surface. The frame may have an angled bottom surface. A rotational orientation of the angled top surface of the shim relative to the shank and a rotational orientation of the angled bottom surface of the frame relative to the shank may be independently adjustable, thereby allowing for the top surface of the frame to be both angularly and rotationally adjusted relative to a central axis of the drain assembly independent of the positional height of the shank. The drain assembly may further comprise a cover having bendable tabs. The bendable tabs may be disposed around a periphery of the cover and may be configured to contact an angled inner surface of an upper bowl of the shroud, such that the bendable tabs bend around the frame, thereby locking the cover onto the frame.
