An adjustable floor drain apparatus includes a housing configured for positioning adjacent a drain pipe, manhole riser, or other feature, a leveling frame configured to be positioned at least partially above the housing, a grate configured to be positioned at least partially above the leveling frame and secured to the leveling frame, and a leveling member. The leveling member can be configured such that actuating the leveling member adjusts the position of the grate relative to the housing while the leveling member remains fixed relative to the housing. The leveling member can be configured such that actuating the leveling member moves the leveling member relative to the grate and adjusts the position of the grate relative to the housing.

A thinset floor drain comprises a floor-mounted flanged pipe piece presenting a hidden thread inside a deep ring-shaped groove formed into the upper surface of the flange, and a second flanged pipe piece with an internal thread. The first piece is mounted pipe down in a perforation in the subfloor of a wet room with screws. The second piece is threaded from above into the hidden thread to form a clamp for a perforated sheet of membrane placed interstitially to the two flanges drawn together by the engagement of the thread mate, to achieve a watertight connection between the drain and the membrane. Because the thread mate sits largely below the subfloor tow which the floor drain is mounted, the upper surface of a grate assembly threaded into the mounted and clamped drain will present a low profile above the surface of the subfloor.

This invention concerns a coupling device including a detachable member 20 that can be attached to and detached from a grille, a first coupling member 21 and a second coupling member 22 provided on the detachable member 20, and a connecting member 23 provided on the detachable member 20 so as to connect the first coupling member 21 and the second coupling member 22, wherein the first coupling member 21 and the second coupling member 22 respectively include elongated holes, arc-shaped portions 51a, 51b provided on respective outer peripheral lower portions of the first coupling member 21 and the second coupling member 22, and semicircular arc portions that can be coupled to the grille, and the connecting member 23 includes a fixing shaft 24 that extends in a horizontal direction and is inserted into the respective elongated holes in the first coupling member 21 and the second coupling member 22.

A drain cover comprises a grate having an upper surface, a lower surface and a peripheral edge defining a space having an axis substantially normal to the peripheral edge and at least one cross piece extending within the space at substantially right angles to the axis of the space. A front tab with a front tapering slot is formed on the lower surface. The front tapering slot receives the edge of a pipe. A rear tab with a rear tapering slot is formed on the lower surface. The rear tapering slot also receives the edge of a pipe. A securing screw is proved for securing the grate.

The invention relates to a gutter system (1) comprising at least one frame unit (10), at least one cover unit (20) and at least one securing element (30), wherein the frame unit (10) comprises at least one receiving area (12) for arranging the cover unit (20), and wherein the securing element (30) is adapted to engage in the cover unit (20) and to releasably engage in the receiving area (12) so the cover unit (20) can interlock in the receiving area (12) of the frame unit (10). The invention also relates to a cover unit (20) and a securing element (30).
