STEEL COLUMN TO BEAM CONNECTORS
Steel connections of a column and beam(s) for a building structure with heavy loads are presented. First option is a single plate that is inserted through a slot in the W column flange(s) and attached to the column's web and flange(s). In the field, a W beam with a flange slot is inserted through the column connector plate and attached. Option 2 is the same as Option 1, except, two connector plates are provided for attachment to the beam web and flanges. Thirdly, brace frame connections are presented.
MODULAR FURNITURE SYSTEM
A modular framework having a plurality of elongate structural members interconnected by brackets is provided. Each of the brackets includes at least one tubular socket to receive a structural member, and an array of holes is provided on a face of the socket to permit connection of an attachment to the bracket to support ancillary components.
Structural Support System and Methods of Use
The present disclosure describes a base structural building module employing a core structural member having an array of upwardly and outwardly and downwardly and outwardly extending braces or arms extending therefrom. Tubular cans are mounted at the ends of each of the upper and lower arms to receive piles. One upper arm is aligned and paired with one lower arm and the pair's respective cans are aligned about their can axis. The modules employ flexible design by varying the lengths of the arms and their respective inclination or declination angles. Modules can be stacked one on top of another (and secured) to form multi-tiered structural building jackets for building vertical structures such as, for example, oil and gas platforms used onshore or offshore as well as other structures. Each tier can also comprise multiple modules joined laterally together to provide a wide variety of potential template configurations and building applications.
Rapid Assembly Storage Building Using Shipping Container Buttresses
A building technique uses standard shipping containers as buttresses to support a truss system that may extend between the shipping containers to provide a roof. A sliding connector system attaches the trusses to the shipping containers to accommodate variations in separation of the shipping containers presenting a versatile framing system that is insensitive to site-related variations.
LATTICE TOWER
This invention relates to lattice tower for actuate under high load conditions, more particularly to lattice towers utilized for wind turbines and other applications comprising three metallic legs arranged in a triangular configuration around a vertical axis of the lattice tower, wherein each metallic leg has a closed cross-section profile, a distance between the center of metallic legs in a bottom portion of the tower is greater than 4 meters, an angle of inclination of a central longitudinal axis of each metallic leg in relation to the vertical axis of the tower is between 1.7 degree and +1.7 degrees, and the height of the lattice tower is greater than 60 meters, a plurality of bracing members and auxiliary bracing members and a support platform disposed at a top portion of the tower.
CALIBRATION JIG AND CALIBRATION METHOD FOR HORIZONTAL ARTICULATED ROBOT
A calibration area has a rectangular area and a peripheral area. The rectangular area includes a center area provided in the center portion and a first corner area, a second corner area, a third corner area, and a fourth corner area that are set at four corners sequentially in the circumferential direction. The center area has a line symmetry with respect to each of the two orthogonal axes passing through the center of the rectangular area. The heights of the areas are different.
DECK BRACKET
A deck board support bracket includes a drainage channel in a top surface of the bracket and deck boards are secured in an end to end manner with a space between two deck board ends centered over the drainage channel. Water presented on the deck surface at two deck board ends passes therebetween and to one side of a supporting joist. The deck board support bracket can be used with various deck board fastening arrangements and preferably is made of an injection molded plastic material.
DECK COMPONENT WITH POST SLEEVE AND FLANGES
Deck components comprising a post sleeve and flanges extending away from side walls of the post sleeve are described. The post sleeve has a rectangular cross section. Interior flanges can comprise attachment holes for affixing the interior flanges to box-frame-segments having square-cut edges. Box-frame-segments and box-frame-segment attachments with square-cut edges can abut the exterior surface of a post sleeve side wall. Use of the post sleeve can reduce or eliminate the need to produce beveled joints box-frame-segments and box-frame-segment attachments.
