AGRICULTURAL PROTECTION STRUCTURE
A modular agricultural protection structure may be constructed from vertical poles anchored in the ground, and beams and cross-beams welded to the top of the poles to form a top surface of the module. Load support structures may be welded to the beams, cross-beams, and poles, at regular intervals. Cables may be attached to the load bearing structures and used to support netting. A cable and pulley system may be included to retract the netting from over the top surface during climate weather in order for the plants to receive more sunlight. High quality/high strength materials and welding techniques may be used to provide protection even against several feet of snow accumulation without significant sagging of the netting. Clips may be attached between the cables and the netting at different locations on the top surface of the structure to further decrease sagging of the netting.
METAL FRAMING SELF-LOCKING CONNECTORS
The present invention relates to metal framed wall components with self-locking fixed and sliding connections between support members and crossing connecting members without using fasteners to connect the two crossing metal framing members together. Different variations of the shapes of the connecting members as well as the location and shape of the notches, ledges, tabs and notched-tabs are used between the members at the holes, punch-outs or indentations all determine the self-locking connections.
One-piece bonding splice for rails
A splice having a main body and one or more protrusions extending from the main body. The one or more protrusions can be operable to interfere with a rail when the main body is installed into an opening of the rail. The one or more protrusions may be operable to cut into a coating of the rail and form an electrical connection between the rail and the main body.
Prefabricated post assembly
A prefabricated post assembly is proposed. The prefabricated post assembly includes a vertical post having at least one assembly surface and a horizontal post having an assembly module mounted at an end thereof to be coupled to the assembly surface, in which at least one upper insertion hole is formed at an upper portion of the assembly surface and at least one lower insertion hole is formed at a lower portion of the assembly surface.
Modular building units, and methods of constructing and transporting same
A connector assembly, which in one embodiment has an upper connector and in another embodiment has a lower connector. The assembly can have a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly. Also, a system for coupling adjacent modular frame units for forming a modular building and a method for coupling modular frame units for forming a modular building are provided.
Cross Beam of Canopy
The present invention provides a cross beam of a canopy, which addresses the problem that existing cross beams cannot simultaneously ensure convenience of assembly and guarantee stability in use. The present cross beam of a canopy comprises a plurality of hollow elongated beams, an inner side surface of each of the beams has at least one protruding and elongated protrusion along a length direction of the beams, each of the protrusions is provided with an mounting hole or a mounting groove penetrating along the length direction of the beams, at least one long rod is inserted into the mounting holes or the mounting grooves to connect all the beams in series, and two ends of the long rod protrude out of the beams and are detachably connected with a locking fastener respectively. The present invention ensures convenience of installation and guarantees the assembled cross beam has good stability.
CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR GLUED LAMINATED TIMBER
A glulam construction method suitable for relatively small-sized wooden buildings is disclosed. Each joint metal has its plate portion and pipe portion joined in a racket-like shape. At an end of a column, a slit is formed to open at a column end surface and to extend in a column width direction. At an abutment part in a beam abutting on the column end surface, mortises penetrating in a beam depth direction are formed at two positions appropriately spaced from each other in a span direction. Each joint metal has its pipe portion fitted in the corresponding mortise and has its plate portion fitted in the slit of the column. The joint metals are fixed in the column and the beam by drift pins or bolts and thereby establish rigid connection therebetween.
Clamp attachment for boom of telescopic handler and method of assembling and placing decking material on a building using the clamp attachment
A boom clamp attachment has a gib frame, a boom quick-connect, a shaft arm axle, a shaft arm torque assembly, and at least one gib clamp assembly. The gib clamp assembly has a clamp support member having a first gib clamp at a first end and second gib clamp at a second end. The gib clamp has a fixed finger and a moveable finger, the moveable finger controlled via hydraulics. The boom clamp may hoist, tilt, and position an assembled section of panels.
A BRACKET ASSEMBLY
A bracket assembly comprising a first bracket member associated with a first side of a structural element, a second bracket member associated with an opposed second side of the structural element, and wherein the first bracket member, the second bracket member and the structural element are fastened to one another using one or more fastening assemblies.
CONNECTION NODE FOR MODULAR BUILDING STRUCTURES
A connection node assembly for use in connecting an upper prefabricated building module to a lower module. Hollow vertical edge supports of the building modules have top and bottom connection parts. A connecting bolt can be passed through the top part of an upper vertical support in the upper building module and seated within the bottom part of that vertical support with the shank extending downward. The shank engages a threaded aperture in a connecting nut secured within the top part of a corresponding lower vertical support in the lower building module. Diaphragm plates sandwiched between the upper and lower vertical supports are used to tie horizontally placed modules together.
