A plurality of first attachment tabs extend from the web wall and are disposed spaced apart along the length of the at least one perimeter support member. A plurality of second attachment tabs extend from the web wall and are disposed spaced apart along the length of the at least one perimeter support member. Each one of a plurality of joists has a first lateral wall and a second lateral wall disposed opposite the first lateral wall. One of the plurality of first attachment tabs is configured to be secured to the first lateral wall, and one of the plurality of second attachment tabs is configure to be secured to the second lateral wall of each one of the plurality of joists.

Deck framing system

A deck framing system includes a perimeter support member that has a joist support wall and a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall. Each of a plurality of joist support brackets comprising an attachment portion configured to be attached to the web wall of the perimeter support member and a joist support portion. The joist support portion includes a pair of opposed lateral walls with each lateral wall configured to be attached to a corresponding lateral wall of a joist supported by the joist support wall.

Method and apparatus for precision manufacturing of moment connection assemblies

An apparatus for connecting collar components to an elongate member is disclosed. The apparatus includes a frame structure having a central opening that is configured to receive an elongate member and that includes at least a first gripping station and a second gripping station. Each gripping station includes a reference surface and a clamp device that is configured to force a collar component against the reference surface. The first and second gripping stations are configured to control relative spatial location of a first collar component held by the first gripping station relative to a second collar component gripped by the second gripping station, prior to connecting the first and second collar components to the elongate member.

JUNCTION STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE COLUMN AND STEEL BEAM

A structure enables free and reasonable designing of a cross section of an end of a steel beam in accordance with bending stress and a housed state of a PC steel, thereby providing an economic and reasonable building as a whole. A beam end block includes end plates and an anchor plate. The end plates are fixed at an end surface of an H-section steel in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam. The anchor plate is fixed to the H-section steel separately from the end plates, on a side opposite to a column, in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the beam. An end of the steel beam has an upper part and a lower part. The upper part protrudes toward the column more than the lower part and is mounted on a cogging. The beam end block has a height dimension larger than the height dimension of the H-section steel and has a lower end that is disposed at substantially the same height as a lower end of a side surface of the cogging facing the lower part of the end of the steel beam.

The smart corner comprises a rear side including a first hole, a first side including a second hole, a second side including a third hole, and a top. A wall frame is also provided. The wall frame includes a top plate, a bottom plate, studs, and four smart corners. A framing system is also provided comprising at least two wall frames. The at least two wall frames connect via the smart corners.

Deck frame with integral attachment tabs

A deck frame includes at least one perimeter support member that has a joist support wall, a web wall extending perpendicularly from the joist support wall, and an overhang wall extending perpendicularly from the web wall. The web wall includes a plurality of spaced apart joist attachment features. Each attachment feature includes a slot defined by the web wall, a first tab extending from a first perimeter edge of the slot at a first angle with respect to the web wall, and a second tab extending from a second perimeter edge of the slot opposite the first perimeter edge in a first direction and forming a second angle with respect to the web wall. The first tab is disposed spaced apart from the second tab in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction.

A method including placing on a surface a first beam having a first end with a first clevis component opposing a second clevis component. A second beam, including a second end having a third clevis component opposing a fourth clevis component, is placed adjacent the first end on the surface. The first clevis component is connected to the third clevis component. A lifter is connected to the first end and the second end, which are lifted simultaneously from the surface while rotating the first beam and the second beam about the connector until the second clevis component engages the fourth clevis component. Connection between the second clevis component and the fourth clevis component then may be completed.
