The present disclosure provides a Tetris house in which a structural material and an insulating material are combined with each other to further save a space, and an exterior of the structural material is treated with neoprene to block a heat bridge between an inside and an outside and prevent condensation. The Tetris house includes a plurality of structural materials which are installed in regions corresponding to respective sides of a hexahedron, and a connector which is installed in a region corresponding to each corner of the hexahedron to connect adjacent structural materials to each other, in which the structural material includes a metal pipe, a first insulating material with which an inside of the metal pile is filled, and a second insulating material which surrounds an outside of the metal pipe.

BRACKET

The invention relates to a bracket to restrain a partition wall in the interior of a building. The bracket comprises a body having a generally hollow sheath and a shaft that is slidable within the sheath to adjust the bracket. The bracket is particularly suitable for supporting internal partition walls of buildings that are located in areas prone to earthquakes and high winds because the bracket allows for the wall to be laterally supported while also accommodating vertical movement experienced during building deflection and inter-storey drift without transferring compression and expansion loads onto the partition wall.

Wood foundation walls and foundations formed with such walls

A permanent wood foundation wall which includes a frame having a first member, a second member spaced apart from the first member, and two side members. The first member, second member, and two side members each have a front surface and a rear surface that form the front frame surface and the rear frame surface. A cavity is formed between the front frame surface and the rear frame surface of the frame and the first member, second member, and two side members are formed from a wood material including a preservative. Further, the permanent wood foundation wall includes a sheathing board having a first side attached to the rear frame surface of the frame and a second side opposite the first side, a waterproofing membrane applied to the second side of the sheathing board, and a foam layer formed within the cavity of the frame.

PORTABLE AND MODULAR ENCLOSURE FOR ENGINE GENERATOR SET

A genset enclosure includes a skid platform, a plurality of gusset members, a plurality of roof supports, and a first and second plurality of sidewall panels. The gusset members are spaced along an outer perimeter of the skid platform and are coupled to the skid platform using fasteners. The gusset members are arranged in opposed pairs positioned on opposite lateral ends of the skid platform. Each gusset member defines a first portion extending upwardly from the skid platform normal to an upper surface of the skid platform and a second portion disposed at an upper end of the first portion and extending normal to the first portion and toward a centerline of the skid platform. The gusset members support the plurality of roof supports and the first and second plurality of sidewall panels to form an enclosed volume.

FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER BUILDING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
20220064942 · 2022-03-03 ·

A composite building system comprising a structural frame and walls which is made of pultrusion fiber reinforced polymer (PFRP) material. PFRP provides increased performance, strength, protection, and longevity for mobile and fixed building structures, enclosures or vehicles, commonly found in residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, aerospace, government defense, energy, and agriculture sectors. The PFRP material comprises fibers embedded in a resin matrix. Exemplary fibers are glass, carbon, and synthetic fibers. PFRP products can be formed using a pultrusion method that eliminates outgassing. An intumescent fire barrier can be applied to the PFRP to meet National Fire Protection Association fire endurance codes and standards. The composite building system increases personal safety while reducing weight, labor costs, construction time, and total cost of ownership over the life of the structure while being resistant to ballistic, seismic, corrosion, rotting, impact, and insect damage. In addition, a wall and wall assembly consisting of the PFRP material is impervious to water and air and does not require an exterior finish coating. The PFRP wall and wall assembly can be designed to be versatile, allowing for use with both PFRP structural framing and traditional framing materials, such as concrete, steel, and wood.

STRUCTURE WITH INTEGRATED INSULATION

A structure with integrated insulation. The structure with integrated insulation includes a steel frame, the steel frame including a first vertical support beam and a second vertical support beam. The structure with integrated insulation also includes a building panel with integrated insulation. The building panel with integrated insulation including a first surface, a second surface, where the second surface is opposite the first surface, a first edge, where the first edge is disposed between the first surface and the second surface, and a second edge, where the second edge is disposed between the first surface and the second surface and is opposite the first edge. The building panel with integrated insulation being attached to the first vertical support beam on the first surface of the building panel with integrated insulation and attached to the second vertical support beam on the second surface of the building panel with integrated insulation.

System, method and apparatus for substantially airtight area separation wall

An area separation wall (ASW) may include gypsum liner panels and structural elements located between adjacent ones of the gypsum liner panels. A sealing material may be located between the gypsum liner panels and the structural elements, and between adjacent ones of the structural elements. The sealing material may form seals therebetween, such that the ASW is substantially airtight when assembled. In addition, the ASW may include a fire rating of at least 2 hours in compliance with ANSI/UL 263.

Shear wall panel

A shear wall panel utilizes improved corner connection to effectively connect vertical chords and horizontal tracks of the shear wall panel to diagonal brace members and accommodating anchoring of the panel frame to horizontal building components. The panel frame uses structural corner brackets interiorly mounted to the corners of the panel adapted to receive anchor bolt connection adjacent the corner and diagonal bracing connection at a position spaced from the anchor bolt connection. Preferably, the shear wall panel is manufactured in a factory and shipped to a job site as a finished panel frame.
