SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING A MULTI-STORY BUILDING UTILIZING MODULAR COMPONENTS
A building structure system and method includes a plurality of columns each having a uniform shape and size, a plurality of baseplates, a plurality of sleeves, and a plurality of support beams each having a uniform shape and size. Each of the columns include protrusions a first distance from each end of the column. Each sleeve is sized to receive two columns vertically and to position the ends of the received columns together while the protrusions of each of the received columns engage both ends of the sleeve. Apertures on the columns, baseplates and sleeves align to receive connectors. Each of the uniform beams are positioned horizontally between the columns and are joined to a sleeve at both ends. When so positioned, the top end of the sleeve will extend above the beam and flooring material so as to receive another column after the flooring material has cured.
Slotted joist seat structure and methods of designing and building the structure
The invention relates to panelized system for a structure. The panelized system typically comprises a plurality of joists structured to be operatively coupled to one or more support members of the structure. Each of the plurality of joists are associated with a joist seat comprising a toe and one or more joist apertures. Typically, at least one or more of a plurality of joist seats are operatively coupled to the one or more support members using a toe weld between the toe and the one or more support members. However, an aperture weld between the one or more joist apertures and the support members is omitted. Moreover, a fastener between the one or more joist apertures and the support members is also omitted.
PRECAST MODULAR STRUCTURAL BUILDING METHOD
The present invention is a modular structural building method consisting of prefabricated, precast, composite reinforced concrete raised floor and steel beam panels with adjustable levelling connection assemblies between panels, supported by columns. The system has the ability to accommodate the use of the floor by construction personnel during the on-site assembly process. The perimeter of the raised floor slab can be provided with ducts for a field installed conventional reinforcement means to create a continuous structural diaphragm for the floor panel.
Stacked structural steel wall trusses
The present Stacked Wall Truss Construction and its use in multi-story buildings makes use of prefabricated modular wall elements (100) that are interconnected in three dimensions to enable the rapid completion of building construction with improved quality of construction over that found in traditional multi-story building construction. The resultant building is a structural steel frame without the use of stacking columns. Vierendeel trusses (100) with vertical members (101-105) of tube steel are used, thereby the construction process becomes stacking trusses fit up as complete walls, not erecting columns. An inner Mating Member (131-135) enables each truss to be near perfectly positioned on top of the installed truss below.

Floor shelf for multi-story buildings using stacked structural steel wall trusses
The present Stacked Wall Truss Construction and its use in multi-story buildings makes use of prefabricated modular wall elements (100) that are interconnected in three dimensions to enable the rapid completion of building construction with improved quality of construction over that found in traditional multi-story building construction. The walls are created with stacking modular elements to form a vertically continuous structure, and Floor Modules (161,162) are supported by a Floor Shelf (141-144) at predetermined elevations to provide a solid surface on top of which a Topping Slab (1031,1032) of concrete is poured which fills the space between the Floor Module and the Wall Trusses to create an integral structure.

STRUCTURAL MODULAR BUILDING CONNECTOR
A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly.
Structure and method of making the same
An vertical entertainment structure includes: an offset core; a moment stabilizing structure; a plurality of floor plate assemblies; and two or more entertainment rides that each span at least two of the plurality of floor plate assemblies.
