Exterior wall for expandable shelter
A wall configured to couple to a shelter and extend around at least a portion of a perimeter of the shelter. The wall includes a first end having a first attachment mechanism configured to engage with a second attachment mechanism of the shelter, a second end opposite the first end, a sidewall extending between the first end and the second end, and a third attachment mechanism coupled proximal to the second end and configured to engage with a fourth attachment mechanism disposed on the shelter to couple the wall to the shelter.
Appliance lockdown for expandable shelter
A system including a frame and a pair wheel of assemblies to engage with one or more tracks of a structure. The pair of wheel assemblies include a first hub assembly, having a first wheel and a first attachment mechanism to engage with the one or more tracks of the structure, and a second hub assembly having a second wheel and a second attachment mechanism to engage with the one or more tracks of the structure. The system further includes an elongated rod coupling the first hub assembly to the second hub assembly, where a movement of the elongated rod causes the first attachment mechanism and the second attachment mechanism to engage with the one or more tracks of the structure.
Mobile Tower for Transportation And Remote Deployment
A mobile tower for transportation to and rapid deployment at remote sites where the mobile tower can be engaged with the ground, the mobile tower including an extendable and retractable tower secured to a mobile support structure including a frame having a plurality of rapidly deployable outriggers, wherein the tower includes three series of pivotally interconnected tower sections or segments, sections or segments of which engage with segments of each of the other series when the tower is assembled; the mobile tower including a plurality of guy wires secured between the extendable and retractable tower and the respective outriggers to stabilize the tower after the tower is assembled. The guy wires are preferably secured to the extendable and retractable tower at first and second connecting positions that are displaced from one another about an outer perimeter. Methods of deploying the mobile tower are also disclosed.
Extendable/retractable support column
An extendable and retractable column which is formed from at least three linked sections or chains. The linked sections include a plurality of individual segments linked end to end. As the linked segments are extended, each of the individual segments of the linked chains engage individual segments of adjacent linked sections to form a column. As the linked sections are retracted, each of the individual segments of the linked sections disengage from the individual segment of the adjacent linked sections and the individual linked sections may be rolled up into a multi-sided form for compact storage.
Mobile tower for transportation and remote deployment
A mobile tower for transportation to and rapid deployment at remote sites where the mobile tower can be engaged with the ground, the mobile tower including an extendable and retractable tower secured to a mobile support structure including a frame having a plurality of rapidly deployable outriggers, wherein the tower includes three series of pivotally interconnected tower sections or segments, sections or segments of which engage with segments of each of the other series when the tower is assembled; the mobile tower including a rigging apparatus that generally encircles the tower and a plurality of guy wires secured between the tower and the respective outriggers to stabilize the tower after the tower is assembled. The guy wires are preferably secured to the rigging apparatus at first and second connecting positions that are displaced from one another about an outer perimeter of the rigging apparatus. Methods of deploying the mobile tower are also disclosed.
TRANSPORTABLE CONTAINED TOWER SYSTEM
This invention discloses a lower system in which a telescoping tower with a plurality of tower structures is contained within a rigid transportation container in a substantially horizontal position for transportation, may be extended to a height much greater than its contracted length. The tower may be transported horizontal, repositioned to a vertical position and then the individual tower structures extended and secured via spring pins relative to the adjacent tower structure, the erection of the tower sections may be with external equipment such as a boom truck, or utilizing an internal hydraulic cylinder.
Collapsible pop-up structure for the rapid erection of shelters
A collapsible pop-up structure for the rapid erection of buildings includes at least two portals forming two first parallel aspect facades of the shelter, the two other facades each comprising means for vertical articulation, on one hand with respect to the uprights of the portals that they connect, and on the other hand with respect to an axis positioned centrally between the portals. The portals are independent and the uprights of one portal each comprise an internal profile that can be made to slide so as to increase the height thereof in order to impart pitch to the roof, wherein said internal profiles are connected by an upper beam and form a secondary upper portal that can be made to slide into the portal. Means for controlling the sliding are provided in at least one of the uprights.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR THE PRESERVATION OF MECHANICAL ASSETS
A system and methods for the storage, and preservation of mechanical assets, including collectable automobiles, small airplanes and watercraft in a storage unit. The storage unit includes a plurality of asset modules. The volume of each asset module is variable. The atmosphere of each asset module may be controlled by a control system. Control of the atmosphere of each asset module includes control of parameters including the type of gas each atmosphere is composed of and the temperature, the pressure and relative humidity of each atmosphere. These parameters may be monitored and controlled from a remote location.
Transportable contained tower system
This invention discloses a tower system in which a telescoping tower with a plurality of tower structures is contained within a rigid transportation container in a substantially horizontal position for transportation, may be extended to a height much greater than its contracted length. The tower may be transported horizontal, repositioned to a vertical position and then the individual tower structures extended and secured via spring pins relative to the adjacent tower structure, the erection of the tower sections may be with external equipment such as a boom truck, or utilizing an internal hydraulic cylinder.
