HANGING THREE DIMENSIONAL GRID SYSTEM FOR LIGHTING, DATA, AND POWER
A three dimensional grid system for lighting, data, and power equipment that can be used to position both the grid system as well as any equipment mounted upon it above the user and away from or otherwise off the surface of their work area for optimum productivity. The grid system may include both manual and motorized lifters, so that the grid system may be raised or lowered for maintenance and configuration changes. Clamps hold equipment and move along the tubing for optimum equipment placement, and motorized equipment lifters raise and lower devices to/from the work area. For the motorized lifters, software is included that communicates with the device across internet connections and gives users the ability to reconfigure their work area remotely, without touching the device.
Corner assembly for a portable shelter
A corner assembly for a portable shelter is disclosed herein. The corner assembly includes a corner connecting member configured to couple a support post member to one or more roof frame members of a portable shelter; and a corner trim member configured to be coupled to the corner connecting member, the corner trim member configured to be secured to the corner connecting member by a user disposed in the interior of the portable shelter. In one or more embodiments, the corner assembly further includes a support post member, the support post member configured to support a roof frame structure of a portable shelter. The corner connecting member may include a downwardly extending flange configured to extend along an interior surface of the support post member. The corner trim member may be configured to be coupled to the downwardly extending flange of the corner connecting member.
Post and Beam System
A framing system for constructing at least a portion of a building. The framing system comprising beams, cross beams, corner posts, and inline posts. The beams including flanges and a wall arranged between the flanges. The cross beams including a flange and a wall attached to the flange. The corner posts including walls and flanges. The inline posts including flanges and a wall arranged between the flanges. The flanges include slots and the walls include open areas. Panels may attach to the slots. Decorative patterns may be integrally formed in the open areas.
Relocatable habitat unit
A construction set and method for assembling a single-level Relocatable Habitat Unit (RHU) requiring a plurality of flat panels that include male (M) and female (F) lock connectors located on their respective peripheries and a frame constructed from a plurality vertical corner posts and horizontal beams. The panels are a wall panel, a ceiling panel, or a floor panel. The entire RHU can be assembled using a single, hand-operated tool to engage a selected M lock with a selected F lock in addition to other securing hardware. First the floor is established and leveled. Next, starting at a corner, the walls are erected around the floor using vertical corner posts and horizontal beams. Finally, the roof is created. The hand-operated tool is used for each task.
PORTABLE MODULAR SYSTEM FOR STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLIES
The present invention provides a modular system for constructing a structure assembly. The system comprises first and second sidewall components each comprising a set of spaced-apart longitudinally oriented grooves disposed in a first face thereof. The system comprises a plurality of rib components, each rib component having a pair of elongated protrusions extending from opposing sides of the rib component and, each protrusion being shaped to matingly engage with at least the first portion of the groove to connect the first and second sidewall components along a face-to-face direction. The system further comprises two elongate key joint members matingly engaging with two respective additional sidewall components to connect the sidewall components with the additional sidewall components along a transverse direction perpendicular to the face-to-face direction in a side to side relationship.
Modular deck system
A modular deck system includes a plurality of base frames that each include four peripheral frame members that are to be fastened together into a rectangular box, and one or more internal frame members that each are to be secured within the box between opposing peripheral frame members. A plurality of frame legs that are each to be secured to one of the base frames to support the respective base frame above a ground surface. The plurality of base frames are fastened to one another to provide a support structure on which to secure deck material.
Air frame expandable shelter
A portable shelter that is convertible between a collapsed transport configuration and an expanded operational configuration. The shelter includes a container having a wing wall that is selectively pivotal between a closed position and an open position, and an inflatable tent having a flexible inflatable support structure and a flexible cover. When the wing wall is in the open position, the inflatable support structure is selectively inflatable from a collapsed configuration to an operational configuration to thereby support the cover in an expanded operational configuration above the wing wall, such that the cover forms a sheltered space. The inflatable support structure is selectively deflatable from the operational configuration to the collapsed configuration, whereupon the first wing wall may be pivoted to the closed position to store the tent within an internal space of the container, such that the shelter is in the transport configuration.
STRUCTURAL MODULAR BUILDING CONNECTOR
A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly.
Portable structure
The portable structure will generally have a pod from which a suite frame and suite may be deployed. The suite will allow personnel to administer to many critical demands and activities. The portable structure may be deployed upon any terrain, whether level or uneven, rigid or soft, and both the pod and the suite may be leveled independently. Additionally, the portable structure may incorporate at least one cocoon section wherein the cocoon section comprises at least one interior layer contacting a mesh covering placed over the suite frame, at least one thermal layer affixed to the interior layer, wherein the thermal layer includes heat adding and heat removal members capable of removing or adding heat to the mesh covering or a substance adjacent the at least one thermal layer and at least one exterior layer affixed to the thermal layer.
Foldable structural truss
The elongated double-fold foldable structural truss has a quadrilateral framework extending along a longitudinal direction. It includes four chord beam units disposed parallel to one another. Each chord beam unit includes two spaced-apart and juxtaposed beams running parallel to one another. The beams define between them a first open channel that is opened on one of the inner sides of the chord beam unit. The structural truss further includes four web units having brace members. The brace members of at least two of the web units are telescopic. The telescopic brace members are all in their extended position when the structural truss is in its unfolded position and being all in their retracted position when the structural truss is in its folded position. The foldable structural truss is very compact in its folded position.
