Relocatable habitat unit simulating a real building structure
12270194 · 2025-04-08 ·

A field-deployable construction set for the assembly of a Relocatable Habitat Unit (RHU) and associated panels, used for simulating real world environments without costly construction expenses. The various panels, supports, and accessories used to construct an RHU may be interchangeable and readily modified in the field with minimal tools, further providing significant options for reconfiguration of floor, ceiling, and wall panels without having to disassemble the structure. The exterior of the lightweight panels may be customizable to provide a realistic environment for high quality training in a versatile system that is deployable by truck or aircraft and can be assembled with only a single tool. The RHU or components thereof may simulate a real building structure both visually and in a non-visual domain such as via electromagnetic sensors.

STRUCTURAL MODULAR BUILDING CONNECTOR
20170044753 · 2017-02-16 ·

A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly.

MODULAR DECK SYSTEM
20170022697 · 2017-01-26 ·

A modular deck system includes a plurality of base frames that each include four peripheral frame members that are to be fastened together into a rectangular box, and one or more internal frame members that each are to be secured within the box between opposing peripheral frame members. A plurality of frame legs that are each to be secured to one of the base frames to support the respective base frame above a ground surface. The plurality of base frames are fastened to one another to provide a support structure on which to secure deck material.

RELOCATABLE HABITAT UNIT SIMULATING A REAL BUILDING STRUCTURE
20250243659 · 2025-07-31 ·

Aspects of the present disclosure generally pertain to Relocatable Habitat Units (RHUs) for use as a rapidly deployable shelter. More particularly, the present application pertains to an RHU that can be assembled, reconfigured and disassembled on-site, using panels that can be maneuvered, positioned and interconnected by two men. Aspects of the present disclosure also pertain to field-deployable construction sets for the assembly of a RHU and associated panels, used for simulating real world environments without costly construction expenses. The RHU or components thereof may simulate a real building structure both visually and in a non-visual domain such as via electromagnetic sensors. Aspects of the present disclosure also generally pertain to a deployable structure for human use. Aspects of the present disclosure are directed toward a rapidly deployable habitat, for use where providing traditional structures is not an option or otherwise impractical.

Metrideck Rapid Deployment and Reconfigurable Structural System for temporary or semi-permanent buildings such as trade show displays, corporate lobbies, or Museum Displays
20250223793 · 2025-07-10 ·

A rapid deployment and reuseable, multi-level structural system called Metrideck that uses traditional types of walls structures and handrail. Metrideck system includes (a) a set of vertical columns each with a set of attachment features; (b) a set of pre-manufactured beams each said beam with a set of attachment features; (c) a Quicset for connecting beam and columns; (d) a deck panel with hardware to attach it to the beams and with slots to attach a hanger bracket to connect to the wall structure; (e) a series of curbing that encircles the deck panel perimeter with a set of attachment features; (f) a stair system; and (g) a set of handrail/guardrails wherein the decking system maintains a modular relationship to the mating wall structures, provides multiple platform configurations, uses fewer components, and provides a higher strength to weight ratio compared to other rapid deployment structural systems.

FRAME ASSEMBLY FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY

A frame assembly for use in a temporary structure includes two compression members, two tension members, a roof support assembly, a restraint member, and a plurality of tension rods. A first end of each compression member is attached to the roof support assembly. Each tension member is attached a lower portion of one of the compression members and to a distal end of the roof support assembly, and the restraint member is connected between a second end of each of the two compression members.

Booth

A booth includes an internal space configured to be used by a user, a door which is controlled to unlock in an electric-powered manner when an information is detected based on a user operation, and a monitor screen which is used in order to project an image output from a device brought by the user.

Connection node for modular building structures

A connection node assembly for use in connecting an upper prefabricated building module to a lower module. Hollow vertical edge supports of the building modules have top and bottom connection parts. A connecting bolt can be passed through the top part of an upper vertical support in the upper building module and seated within the bottom part of that vertical support with the shank extending downward. The shank engages a threaded aperture in a connecting nut secured within the top part of a corresponding lower vertical support in the lower building module. Diaphragm plates sandwiched between the upper and lower vertical supports are used to tie horizontally placed modules together.
