CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM FOR A MODULE OF A BUILDING
The invention proposes a system for constructing a module of a building, including core construction elements (1) that are surrounded by the surrounding construction elements (2A, 2B). The core construction elements (1) each include, in section, a cross including two main arms (6) of equal length which intersect at mid-length at right angle. Each core construction element (1) has a plane of symmetry about the axes of the arms. The main arms (6) of the cross terminate, at the ends thereof, with transverse portions (7). Each surrounding construction element (2A, 2B) is composed of four partial surrounding parts (2A, 2B, 2A′, 2B′) of a generally triangular shape which are assembled around a core element (1). Construction elements forming junction parts (4A, 4B) allow assembling panels (4A, 4B) to form a module of a building in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped volume comprising four corners.
MODULAR BUILDING CONNECTOR
A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. The upper and lower connectors allow for coupling to adjacent upper and lower connectors, respectively, allowing for addition of a modular unit to a pre-existing modular structure. Also, ways of coupling adjacent upper connectors and coupling of adjacent lower connectors when coupling a modular unit to a pre-existing modular structure are provided.
Hanging three dimensional grid system for lighting, data, and power
A three dimensional grid system for lighting, data, and power equipment that can be used to position both the grid system as well as any equipment mounted upon it above the user and away from or otherwise off the surface of their work area for optimum productivity. The grid system may include both manual and motorized lifters, so that the grid system may be raised or lowered for maintenance and configuration changes. Clamps hold equipment and move along the tubing for optimum equipment placement, and motorized equipment lifters raise and lower devices to/from the work area. For the motorized lifters, software is included that communicates with the device across internet connections and gives users the ability to reconfigure their work area remotely, without touching the device.
Booth and kit thereof
A booth includes a replaceable side wall that surrounds an internal space to be used by a user, and the side wall is provided with at least one entrance/exit door.
APPARATUS FOR A BUILDING FRAME DESIGNED TO CREATE A BUILDING
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for a building frame designed to create a building, in accordance with some embodiments. Accordingly, the apparatus may include a plurality of base plates. Further, the apparatus may include a plurality of top plates. Further, the apparatus may include a plurality of studs. Further, each stud of the plurality of studs may include an elongated stud body having an upper stud end and a lower stud end. Further, the apparatus may include a plurality of rafters. Further, each rafter of the plurality of rafters may include a first slab body. Further, the each rafter may include a first cuboidal body. Further, the apparatus may include a plurality of braces corresponding to a plurality of brace lengths.
Structural modular building connector
A connector assembly, having an upper connector coupled to a lower connector and a gusset plate sandwiched between the upper and lower connectors. Also, disclosed is a hoistable connector assembly, a lifting frame assembly, a coupling system for modular frame units, a method for assembling a module unit using the connector assembly, and a modular frame unit and building having the connector assembly.
A BUILDING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a building system and a method of making and assembling the building system. In particular, the present invention relates to a footing for a building structure, the footing comprises a plurality of precast concrete layers, each precast concrete layer comprising reinforcement bars and a plurality of apertures. The footing further comprises a base structure comprising a base plate and a plurality of alignment bars protruding from the base plate. The footing is configured such that when the plurality of precast concrete layers are positioned on top of one another, the plurality of alignment bars of the base structure extend through the respective apertures of each precast concrete layer. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a building structure having one or more building modules.
Supporting structure for a wall or roof partition
A supporting structure (102) for a wall or a roof partition (104; 120) of a building structure (100), comprises an internal core structure (114) extending in a longitudinal direction, and first and second external covering profiles (106) for at least partially covering the core structure (114). The covering profiles (106) define inwardly and outwardly facing surfaces (108) facing one another, with slits (116) being formed at the inwardly facing surfaces (108). The core structure comprises at least two bands of material (114) which are mutually offset. The supporting structure (102) is suitable as a post, pillar, column, lath, batten, rafter, truss, girder, bar, or beam for a wall or roof partitions of a greenhouse, a cabin or shanty, a wall of a house, a stand-alone wall or roof partition, such as pent roof, a canopy, a fence, a windbreak or a solar panel structure The bands of material (114) are interconnected at their ends only and are pre-tensioned to provide stiffness, and may be configured to minimize their thermal conductivity.
Building assembly
A building assembly includes a floor frame, a roof, and walls extending between the floor frame and the roof and interconnected to define an interior and exterior of the building assembly. Each wall includes panels each defining an axis and having first and second ends, inner and outer sides, top and bottom surfaces, an upper notch formed through the top surface, and a lower notch formed through the bottom surface. Each notch is spaced inwardly along the axis from at least one end. The panels include first and second panels. The lower notch of the first panel mates with the upper notch of the second panel to form an interlocking joint to interconnect the first and second panels and form adjacent interconnected walls of the building assembly.
