BUILDING SKIRTING BASE
A mobile home skirting base comprising: a horizontal surface; and two substantially equal, substantially symmetrical vertical surfaces co-extruded with the horizontal surface forming a channel to insert a mobile home skirting panel wherein the vertical surfaces each having an inwardly oriented retention edge that secure the mobile home skirting panel. The height of the vertical surfaces and the inward orientation of the vertical surfaces' retention edges, along with the other aspects of the invention, allows the mobile home skirting base to provide strong support, stabilization, and protection of the skirting panels.
Anchor Pier For Manufactured Building
An anchor pier for supporting a manufactured building, in which the anchor pier includes having a shaft with a connector and a helical flight proximate a driving tip, with a brace member attached to the connector and to the manufactured building with a connector, to transfer loading between the manufactured building and the ground. A method of supporting a manufactured building is disclosed.
Modular Space Dividing System and Method
A modular system for creating a temporary plurality of individual living spaces, may include a plurality of anchors, where pairs of anchors create opposing sides of a personal space. A frame may be positioned between the pairs of anchors to create a bedding structure. The anchors may also provide storage space, lights, power source, among other features of a living area. A covering may be used between the pairs of anchors to separate the living space from the rest of the space to improve individual privacy.
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR A BUILDING STRUCTURE
A support assembly for supporting a building structure, the building structure having a support frame including at least one support beam, the support assembly comprising: a pile adapted to be buried into a ground surface, the pile having a longitudinal axis; a pile head adapted to be secured to a top end of a pile, the pile head including a mounting member engaging the pile and an extendable member movably mounted to the mounting member, the extendable member being movable relative to the mounting member, along the longitudinal axis, the extendable member including: a support platform adapted to receive the support beam of the mobile home's support frame thereon; and at least one holding member adapted to engage the support beam and prevent movement of the support beam relative to the support platform.

PREFABRICATED CABIN, METHOD FOR BUILDING CABIN AND SUPPORT LEG OF CABIN
A prefabricated cabin for being transported to an installation site comprises support legs below a cabin box configured for supporting the cabin box on top of them. The support legs are fixed to the cabin box and each comprise a first horizontal metal plate placed below the cabin box and supporting the cabin box on top of it, and a second horizontal metal plate configured for being placed against a supporting base. The second horizontal metal plate is at a distance below the first horizontal metal plate. One or more metal pillars are between the first and second horizontal metal plates, connecting them fixedly to each other.
HABITABLE STRUCTURE FOR MARINE ENVIRONMENTS
A marine or land habitation system includes a habitable chamber and a monopole column supporting the habitable chamber at a first end of the monopole column. The monopole column includes a second end, opposite the first end, for mounting in the seabed or dry land. The habitable chamber is moveable with respect to the column both rotationally and vertically.
Mobile home anchoring system and method of use
A mobile home anchoring system includes one or more beams extending from a first end to a second end, the one or more beams to provide structural support to a mobile home; a cable system having one or more points of contact to secure the cable to the one or more beams; a pipe embedded under a ground surface; and a concrete casing surrounding at least a portion of the pipe under the ground surface; the cable system extends into the pipe and is secured within the pipe; the cable system, pipe, and concrete casing provide for anchoring to the one or more beams to provide anchoring to the mobile home.
SELF-CONTAINED ELEVATED HOUSING KIT USING INTERMODAL SHIPPING CONTAINERS
A housing system comprises a plurality of intermodal shipping containers. Each of the plurality of intermodal shipping containers has a bottom, a plurality of sidewalls and a top. The plurality of intermodal shipping containers has aggregately contained inside them: a plurality of floor-forming panels connectable to form a floor that can be secured to the tops of the plurality of intermodal shipping containers; a plurality of wall-forming panels connectable to form an exterior wall around the floor and that can be secured to the floor when the floor-forming panels are secured to the tops of the plurality of intermodal shipping container; and a plurality of roof-forming panels connectable to the wall to form a roof. The system preferably includes steps sized to extend from the bottom of at least one of the plurality of intermodal shipping containers to the floor when the floor-forming panels are secured to the tops of the plurality of intermodal shipping containers.
