WATERPROOF STORAGE UNIT
A storage unit which is substantially water proof is provided. The storage unit may comprise a shell having lower edges which mate into a groove formed in a top surface of a base to provide a substantially waterproof barrier therebetween. The junction between the lower edge of the side walls and the first groove may be sealed with a water proof sealant. A front side wall of the shell may have an aperture therethrough to allow users to move items into and out of the storage unit. A door may be attached to the storage unit to prevent water from entering into the storage unit through the aperture. Moreover, a lower edge of the door body may be inserted into a second groove formed in the top surface of the base to prevent water from entering into the storage unit from under the door.
Modular housing units, reusable support structure, and utility connector
A system, process and device include reusable rack that supports a number of prefabricated modular housing units, each of the plurality of prefabricated modular housing units includes: a modular unit electrical subsystem; a modular unit potable water subsystem; a modular unit wastewater subsystem; and a modular unit docking connector coupled to the respective modular housing unit and coupled to each of the respective modular unit subsystems. The rack supports the plurality of prefabricated modular housing units. The rack includes: a rack electrical subsystem; a rack potable water subsystem; a rack wastewater subsystem; and a plurality of locations for supporting the plurality of modular housing units. Each of the plurality of locations including a respective rack docking connector coupled to the rack and coupled to each of the respective rack subsystems.
Portable shelters, related shelter systems, and methods of their deployment
Method of deployment of portable shelters is described. The shelters or housing units may be deployed in emergency housing situations and may be grouped into systems of shelters.
Modular building structure
A modular building structure can include a rigid chassis, vertical support components, and wall and roof component(s). The chassis can have storage compartments formed therein and can provide a foundation and floor for the structure. The vertical support components can couple to the chassis to provide a vertical framework for the structure. The wall and roof component(s) can couple to the vertical support components. The vertical support components and wall and roof component(s) can be disassembled from the chassis and stored within the storage compartments. The chassis can include a horizontal bottom panel, vertically oriented crossbeams above the bottom panel, and horizontal top panels above the crossbeams to form the storage compartments. The vertical support components can be poles and the wall and roof component(s) can be cloth. Leveling feet coupled to the bottom of the chassis can allow the chassis to be leveled with respect to the ground.
Mobile tower system
A mobile tower system includes a steel shipping container. A tower structure is moveable between a substantially horizontal travel position and a substantially vertical operational position. A connection member is fixed to a lower portion of the tower structure and moveably coupled to a channel disposed in a horizontal member removeably attached to a vertical frame attached to a back wall of the steel shipping container. When the tower structure is displaced from the substantially horizontal travel position to the substantially vertical operational position, the connection member and the tower structure are linearly displaced together along the channel toward the back wall and the tower structure is pivotably displaced about the connection member, such that the upper portion of the tower structure is displaced through an opening disposed in a roof of the steel shipping container proximate a back wall of the steel shipping container.
Method for adjusting a habitable structure
A method for adjusting a marine or land habitation system to environmental conditions includes a method for moving a habitable chamber and a monopole column supporting the habitable chamber at a first end of the monopole column. The monopole column is controlled by motors. One motor moves the monopole column for moving the habitable chamber vertically, and the other motor rotates the habitable chamber to accommodate the wind direction.
Engineered Floor and Scaffold Systems
This unique modular flooring system with system scaffold understructure is an engineered system capable of use with most tent manufacturer's options. The engineered floor is for engineered clear span tents. This unique system transfers the load of the tent, tent frame, scaffold system and floor understructure to the ground through the tent leg. The system is configured so that the stage flooring section does not support the tent, tent frame, tent poles and scaffold system.
PORTABLE ASSEMBLY CONVERTABLE BETWEEN A SHIPPING UNIT AND A BUILDING UNIT
A portable expandable facility is provided comprising a core including: a top, a bottom, a first end and a second end substantially parallel to the first end, four corner posts and a first side; and an expandable portion including: an at least two end walls, each end wall pivotally attached to the corner post with an at least one hinge and connected to an at least one end wall actuator extending from a frame member under the bottom to the end wall in a vicinity of a bottom of the end wall; at least one roof panel pivotally attached to the top with at least one roof hinge; and at least one side wall, the at least one side wall hinged to a folding floor at a first end of the folding floor in a vicinity of a bottom of the at least one side wall.
MOBILE HOUSE UTILISING RENEWABLE ENERGY
The invention relates to a mobile house utilising renewable energy, characterised by comprising:a shell structure (20) comprising a mountable and dismountable supporting structure (12) and panels (14) and roof (16) mounted thereon with releasable connections, ground screws (22) affixing the shell structure (20) to the ground, andelectric energy supply system (30), potable water supply system (50) waste water treatment system (80), ventilation and heating system (90) utilising renewable energy and carried by the shell structure (20).
LEVELING DEVICE, MODULAR CLEAN ROOM AND THE DOCKING METHOD OF MODULAR CLEANROOM
A leveling device, includes a leveling plate, a first leveling member, a second leveling member. The first leveling member and the second leveling member are both provided on the leveling plate and can level the leveling plate independently of each other. And a controller communicatively connected with said first leveling member for controlling the lifting and lowering of the first leveling member. The leveling device of the embodiment of the application enables convenient and accurate leveling of the first modular cleanroom and frees operators from complex leveling operations without altering the existing trolley.
