PET WASTE DISPOSAL BAGS
Pet waste disposal bags and a method of manufacturing pet waste disposal bags are disclosed. The pet waste disposal bag includes a body having an opening configured to provide entry to an interior space sized for at least a hand of the user. The body is biodegradable and includes one or more sanitizing components affixed. Upon sanitation or cleansing of the applicable surface or substance, the disposal bag is configured to be inverted allowing the one or more sanitizing components to be housed within the interior space.
Systems and methods for sterile delivery of prostheses
Systems and methods are disclosed for sterile delivery of prostheses that protect refined and/or conditioned surface properties and thereby reduce aging of surface properties in prostheses. An example of the system includes a partially custom-shaped holder that also serves as an insertion tool that holds a customized dental prosthesis in a pre-defined position inside a titanium container that is hermetically sealed. Container materials serve as a getter or catalyst with respect to the osseoconductive surface. An example of the method includes laser welding to hermetically seal a metal container as packaging for a prosthesis with a metal foil, and the sterilization of the packaged and sealed prosthesis with dry heat.
Container for sterilizing flexible bags
A container for sterilizing flexible bags can be for pharmaceutical use. The container includes an upper flat structure including at least one element supporting the flexible bags and designed to accommodate a plug port of the flexible bag. The support element includes at least one fastening element, which is suitable for retaining the flexible bags once they are inserted into the support element. The container also includes a lower receptacle designed to contain the upper flat structure and to couple to the upper flat structure in a detachable manner. The container further includes a cap for hermetically sealing the lower receptacle.
Container controlled environment systems and methods
Systems and methods including a container assembly configured to maintain a controlled environment for storing a product therein are disclosed. Controlled environmental parameters may include at least one of the following: temperature, humidity, payload moisture content, solar radiation, magnetism, microwave, or light illumination. In certain implementations, the system includes a payload chamber and a self-contained environmental control unit (ECU) that may be coupled to the payload chamber using a substantially airtight seal. In certain embodiments, the ECU may include a condenser, a humidity controller, a liquid tank and a power source. Certain embodiments may include a warmer, temperature and/or humidity sensors, and/or a lock. Various combinations of the foregoing components and features may be incorporated, depending on the requirements of each particular implementation.
Method for sterilizing flexible bags
A sterilization method includes irradiating flexible bags, in particular, bags of the type that can contain solutions of human plasma proteins for therapeutic use. The sterilization method includes electron beam irradiation. An in-line method for filling flexible bags of the type that can contain solutions of human plasma proteins for therapeutic use can use the sterilization method.
Method and device for the plasma processing of containers
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the plasma treatment of containers. The essential aspect according to the method according to the invention is that, after the plasma treatment at the plasma station and before the container is filled, at least the container interior of the container is at least partially ventilated with a sterilization medium, i.e. is loaded with a sterilization medium.
Beverage can sanitizer
A unitary, single-use, sanitary sterilizing wipe for a beverage can. It has a number of can wiping interfaces incorporated into its design that matingly conforms to a standard beverage can, and uses a natural sterilizing fluid that is frictionally wiped onto the can's outer surfaces before drinking from the can. It may be used anywhere by opening the polymer seal, removing the wipe, placing it on the top of a beverage can and twisting it under pressure to sterilize the can.
Apparatus and method for sterilizing plastic preforms
Apparatus for treating plastic preforms, having a heating device for heating the plastic preforms, having forming devices for forming the plastic preforms into plastic containers, and having a sterilization device for sterilizing the plastic preforms, wherein the sterilization device has at least one first sterilization unit which has a rotatable transport carrier and a plurality of holding devices arranged on this transport carrier for holding the plastic preforms, as well as a plurality of first application devices for acting upon the plastic preforms, and the sterilization device has a second sterilization unit.
Cap sterilizer, content filling system, cap sterilization method, and content filling method
A cap sterilizer (50) includes an infeed chamber (52), a sterilant atomizing chamber (53), and an air rinse chamber (54). At least the infeed chamber (52) and the air rinse chamber (54) are exhausted. Both an exhaust pressure (E2) in the infeed chamber (52) and an exhaust pressure (E4) in the air rinse chamber are higher than an exhaust pressure (E3) in the sterilant atomizing chamber (53), or the sterilant atomizing chamber (53) is not exhausted.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR STERILIZATION
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for the application of vaporized chemicals in sterilization procedures, and systems and methods for controlling (e.g., distributing, moving, or exhausting) such chemicals. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure may relate to systems and methods for effecting terminal sterilization of medical products using vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP), and/or for the distribution of VHP to, or removal of VHP from, a sterilization system or parts thereof.
