Profile rail with reinforcing element
A rail assembly is provided, suitable for embedding in concrete, including a profile rail having a rail body, wherein the rail body has a first lateral wall, a second lateral wall, a first rail lip protruding from the first lateral wall, and a second rail lip protruding from the second lateral wall. The rail assembly has a reinforcing element with a force-absorbing body, wherein the force-absorbing body is positioned in front of the first lateral wall of the profile rail for contacting the first lateral wall of the profile rail with the force-absorbing body. A construction body having a concrete element, in which a rail assembly of this type is embedded is also provided.
Pre-assembly slab system for concrete wind turbine towers and method for assembling a pre-assembly slab system for concrete wind turbine towers
The present invention relates to a pre-assembly slab system for concrete wind turbine towers, wherein the pre-assembly slabs can be transported to the vicinity of the tower of another wind turbine in the same wind farm or in another wind farm and be reused for the assembly of this other tower. The invention further relates to a method for assembling the pre-assembly slab system for concrete wind turbine towers.
PRECAST MODULAR STRUCTURAL BUILDING METHOD
The present invention is a modular structural building method consisting of prefabricated, precast, composite reinforced concrete raised floor and steel beam panels with adjustable levelling connection assemblies between panels, supported by columns. The system has the ability to accommodate the use of the floor by construction personnel during the on-site assembly process. The perimeter of the raised floor slab can be provided with ducts for a field installed conventional reinforcement means to create a continuous structural diaphragm for the floor panel.
PRECAST COLUMN BASE JOINT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The joint has a prefabricated-reinforced-concrete column, a reinforced-concrete foundation, a column anchoring longitudinal bar, a grouting sleeve and a foundation anchoring steel bar. The foundation anchoring steel bar and the column anchoring longitudinal bar are connected by a seam filling material filling the grouting sleeve. A splicing seam between the reinforced-concrete foundation and the prefabricated-reinforced-concrete column is filled with the seam filling material. The foundation anchoring steel bar includes a vertical portion and a horizontal portion. The vertical portion includes an upper-portion anchoring section protruding out of an upper surface of the reinforced-concrete foundation, a middle-portion non-adhesive section buried within the foundation and a lower-portion anchoring section. An exterior of the middle-portion non-adhesive section is provided with an isolating sheath for isolating the middle-portion non-adhesive section and the concrete adhesion.
EMBEDDED NUT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND CONCRETE MEMBER WITH EMBEDDED NUT
An embedded nut for fast construction purposes comprises a connecting portion and two nut portions located at two opposite ends of the connecting portion. One end of the nut portion away from the connecting portion defines a nut hole, and the connecting portion protrudes outward in a direction away from a central axis of the two nut portions. Methods for manufacturing the embedded nut and for manufacturing a concrete member with the embedded nut are also provided.
CONSTRUCTION ANCHORING APPARATUS
A construction anchor apparatus has utility as a safety grip for engagement by construction personnel, and, in addition, a support apparatus for supporting and/or holding construction equipment including ductwork, electrical cables, plumbing, etc. The anchor apparatus is used in conjunction with rebar applied in concrete support walls, floors, ceilings, or other structural elements at a construction site.
Precast modular structural building system and method
The present invention is a modular structural building system and method consisting of prefabricated, precast, composite reinforced concrete raised floor and steel beam panels with adjustable levelling connection assemblies between panels, supported by columns. The system has the ability to accommodate the use of the floor by construction personnel during the on-site assembly process. The perimeter of the raised floor slab can be provided with ducts for a field installed conventional reinforcement means to create a continuous structural diaphragm for the floor panel.
Structure having edge reinforcement on profiled rail
A profiled rail assembly for casting into concrete. The profiled rail assembly includes a profiled rail including a rail body having a rail slot extending in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the profiled rail, and a reinforcing body including a head element and at least one tension element protruding from the head element, the head element opposite the at least one tension element having a head element major face defining a contact surface for a formwork element. The at least one tension element is connected to the profiled rail.
A construction body having a concrete element, in which a rail assembly of this type is embedded is also provided, as is a method.
