10589362 · 2020-03-17 · ·

To provide a post-installed anchor capable of being used repeatedly and being easily removed and recovered. A post-installed anchor to be inserted and fixed in an anchor insertion hole formed in a structure includes: a cylindrical anchor body; expandable pieces obtained by dividing the tip side of the anchor body into a plurality of pieces by a plurality of slits 16 which are formed on the tip side, leaving equal intervals in a circumferential direction and extending in the axial direction of the anchor body, the expandable pieces each having a plate-like part whose surface is formed into a flat surface and which has spring force, a fixing part formed at the tip of the expandable piece and having a larger thickness than that of the plate-like part, and an inclined part whose inner surface is gradually inclined inward toward the tip of the expandable piece; a female screw formed in an inner surface of an unexpandable part side of the anchor body; and a male screw body formed into a substantially columnar shape that can be inserted into the anchor body, having a wedge part with a truncated conical shape at its tip, having a male screw screwed with a female screw formed in the anchor body at its rear end side, and having a rotary tool engagement part at its rear end surface. The male screw body is advanced with the male screw of the male screw body screwed with the female screw of the anchor body to make the truncated conical shaped wedge part at the tip of the male screw body abut against the inclined part formed so that the inner surface thereof is gradually inclined inward toward the tip side of the expandable piece to expand the expandable piece by wedge action, pressing the outer surface of the fixing part against the hole wall of the anchor insertion hole, which thereby fixes the post-installed anchor in the anchor insertion hole, and the male screw body is retracted to close the expanded expandable piece by spring force of the plate-like part of the expandable piece for recovery and reuse.

REINFORCING BAR COUPLER

A pergola system and bracket is described, which includes a frame having a plurality of vertical spaced apart posts, and horizontal frame members each of which have an internal reinforcing rod passing through at least a portion of the posts/frame members. The internal reinforcing rods are removably secured to a corner connecting element which then connects the posts/frame members to each other making it easier to construct and provides increased stability to the structure upon completion.

Joining device for precast reinforced concrete columns with a dry joint

The joining device (100, 100) comprises a first cover (1) and a second cover (2), each of which has a plurality of through holes (3) that match up with one another in position, for the ends of the rebars of the columns (200, 200A) to pass through. The covers (1,2) are joined together by means of, at least, two transverse webs (4) and several stiffener reinforcements (5,5A), which are arranged in perpendicular to the covers (1,2). The device further comprises connecting means (202, 203, 204, 205) between the ends of the rebars (201,201A) of the columns (200,200A).

COUPLING STRUCTURE FOR FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC STRUCTURE MEMBER AND MACHINING METHOD FOR COUPLING PORTION

A machining method and coupling structure for a fiber reinforced plastic structure member (1) obtained by narrowing an end of the member (1). Also included are a reinforcing member (4) which inhibits expansion by adhering to the outer circumference of the narrowed portion of the fiber reinforced plastic structure member, a locking member (2) which is provided with a through-hole (2a) in an axial direction and which fits into a narrowed portion (1a) of the fiber reinforced plastic structure member 1, a coupling anchoring member (3) which is provided with a rotation stop on the side thereof, and a spacer (5) which restricts only a rotation of the coupling anchoring member (3) and which is attached between a member (7) to be coupled and an end of the fiber reinforced plastic structure member (1) by passing the coupling anchoring member (3) through so as to slide in the axial direction.

Connector for framing material

A connector for framing material comprises: a limiting member, a connecting member and a first screw. The hexagon portion of the first screw is received between the first stopping plate and the second stopping plate of the limiting member. The through hole of the connecting member is passed by the first screw to form a pre-lock assembly of the limiting member and the connecting member. The first stopping plate and the second stopping plate parallel to the accepting slot direction to place the limiting member in the U-shaped frame, and then the connecting member is rotated and to make a cross with the U-shaped frame, such that the first screw drives the limiting member to rotate to perpendicular to the U-shaped frame.
