Assembly for assembled container house system
The present invention relates to an assembly for an assembled container house system. The assembly includes: a first main wallboard, where the first main wallboard has a rectangular body; an upper right portion of the body of the first main wallboard protrudes rightwards to form a spherical protrusion, and a lower right portion extends rightwards to form an extension portion; an upper left portion of the body of the first main wallboard extends leftwards to form an extension portion, and a lower let portion protrudes leftwards to form a spherical protrusion; spherical recessed cavities are formed on front end surfaces of the two extension portions by means of being recessed backwards; the spherical protrusions match the spherical recessed cavities; and an axial direction of the spherical protrusion is perpendicular to an axial direction of the spherical recessed cavity. The assembly for an assembled container house system may be assembled into members with different lengths, different heights, different widths, and different colors, such as a house, a large shed, a cabinet, and a box, as well as toys. Moreover, independently used bathrooms, living rooms, and washbasin systems may be derived. Various components are reliably connected, may be repeatedly used, are suitable for industrial standardized and mass production, and facilitate transportation and splicing.
Assemblable panel structure
The present invention relates generally to an assemblable panel structure and, more particularly, to an assemblable panel structure having an expansion module connectable to a core module in an expansive manner. The assemblable panel structure includes a core module comprised of an upper core panel and a lower core panel, each having a regular thickness and a polygon horizontal-section wherein the core module has a space defined therein between the upper core panel and the lower core panel which are spaced apart from each other. The present invention adopts a modular structure, thus making it possible to quickly complete various types of prefabricated houses.
Systems, methods, apparatus, and compositions for building materials and construction
A structural insulated building unit is provided for constructing a building. The structural insulated building unit includes an insulating core, first and second cementitious panels, and a connecting portion. The insulating core is defined by multiple sides and opposing first and second faces. The first and second cementitious panels are coupled to the first and second faces of the insulating core. The connecting portion is provided on one of the sides of the insulating core, and aligns the structural insulated building unit with an adjacent structural insulated building unit having a complementary connecting portion when constructing a building.
Modular panel interlocking and reinforcing mechanism for building enclosures
The modular panel 20 interlocking and reinforcing mechanism for building enclosures pertains to assembling boxes 21 with six of the same or similar modular panels 20 without extra components or connectors. My mechanism joins modular panels 20 by interlocking both grooves 22 attached by living hinges 24 on the panel edges, thus creating the box 21. The embodiment of my mechanism joins modular panels 20 by interlocking both grooves 22 attached by living hinges 24 on the panel edges, thus creating the box 21. The living hinges 24 allow all the grooves 22 to turn forty five degrees at the corners. Upon interlocking both grooves 22 to each other at a forty five degree angle, it completes the ninety degree dihedral angle transition from one panel 20 to another for corners. Another embodiment of my mechanism is to assemble a box 21 in expanded sizes by using the same or similar modular panels 20 without extra accessories. Modular panels are connected side by side to expand the flat surface or transitioning to a ninety degree angle at the box corners. An additional embodiment of my mechanism includes similar sized reinforcing rods 30 embedded in the interlocked grooves 26, which allows them tightly interlock together and strengthen the box 21. One type of the interlocking groove 22 mentioned above is round with a narrower outer opening than the inner width.
Modular and reusable temporary construction wall
A modular, reusable temporary enclosure system is particularly suited for the renovation of buildings having stacked concrete floors supported by steel and/or concrete columns. The system consists of a set of track components, one fastened to the floor, and one fastened to the ceiling. Columns assembled from rigid panels are supported and aligned between these components. The panel edges are connected to one another by an interfacing spline assembly. To ensure that the components can be brought up to the construction site by elevator, individual panels are shorter than the full distance between the floors.
Methods and configurations of an airtight building
Generally described, an airtight building, or Construx Airtight Hybrid Building (CAHYB), includes an internal structural support, for example, a core anchored to a concrete foundation wall or a concrete slab, to form the structural frame of the airtight building, and a plurality of insulated metal panels to provide atmospheric stability such that the atmosphere within the airtight building may be controlled. In some configurations, the insulated metal panels are used as the outside perimeter wall. Structural caulking is applied to the interface between the core and the plurality of insulated metal panels to form a building with a degree of airtightness.
PANELS COMPRISING A MECHANICAL LOCKING DEVICE AND AN ASSEMBLED PRODUCT COMPRISING THE PANELS
A set of panels including a panel with a first main plane and an adjacent panel with a second main plane, wherein the panel and the adjacent panel are provided with an angleable locking device for locking a first edge of the panel to a second edge of the adjacent panel. The first main plane is essentially perpendicular to the second main plane. The angleable locking device includes an edge groove at the first edge and a tongue groove at the second edge. The edge groove includes a flexible tongue arranged in an insertion groove at a first side of the edge groove. The angleable locking device is configured to be unlocked by an angling motion of the panel relative the adjacent panel, such that an angle between the first and the second main plane increases.
WALL MODULE FOR BUILDINGS
A wall module comprises face panels and stud members connected to and spacing the face panels from one another. End panels are connected to ends of the assembly of the face panels and of the stud members to form a box body with the face panels and the stud members, the box body having an inner cavity. Cross member(s) extend between stud members and/or between the face panels. The body box has an elongated upstanding shape when the assembly of the face panels and of the stud members is vertical, such that the face panels form a wall when a plurality of the wall module are positioned side by side with the stud members of adjacent ones of the wall modules being coplanar. A wall comprises a plurality of the wall modules.
Modular Panel Interlocking and Reinforcing Mechanism For Building Enclosures
The modular panel 20 interlocking and reinforcing mechanism for building enclosures pertains to assembling boxes 21 without using accessories. My mechanism joins modular panels 20 by interlocking between grooves 22 and grooves 22 and rods 18 attached to panel edges, thus creating the box 21. The embodiment of my mechanism joins modular panels 20 by interlocking both grooves 22 attached by living hinges 24 on the panel edges, thus creating the box 21. The living hinges 24 allow all the grooves 22 to turn forty five degrees at the corners. Upon interlocking both grooves 22, it completes the ninety degree dihedral angle transition from one panel 20 to another for corners. Another embodiment of present invention is to assemble a box 21 in expanded sizes by interlocking modular panels 20 flat or angled without extra accessories. An additional embodiment of my mechanism includes insertion of rods 18 attached to the panel edges into grooves 22 attached to another panel to form an interlocked rod and groove 60 on box 21. One type of the interlocking groove 22 mentioned above is a rolled sheet type with a smaller span at the opening than parallel spans at main sections in the groove in a cross-sectional view. The interlocked rod and groove 60 attached to panels on living hinges 24 can also serve as posts to take loads above them for a heavy-duty box.
