Structural attachment sealing system
A mounting device includes a base having an internal cavity, a top, and an open bottom in communication with the internal cavity. The device includes a first upper member above the base, wherein the first upper member extends upwardly from the base, and a second upper member is above the base, wherein the second upper member extends upwardly from the base. The device further includes a fastener opening formed though the base for receiving a fastener when the mounting device is secured to a roof. The fastener opening is in communication with the internal cavity.
GYPSUM CEMENT WITH REDUCED PERMEABILITY
A cellular glass insulation system for an outer surface of a structure or pipe. The insulation system includes multiple segments of cellular glass. An adhesive having a reduced permeability is provided at the interface between the individual cellular glass segments and is configured to limit water intrusion that might cause corrosion of the structure or pipe.
BULKHEAD FITTING DEVICE ENABLING SLIGHT RELATIVE MOVEMENTS AND THE ABSORPTION OF FORCES BETWEEN A CONDUIT AND A WALL, AND INSTALLATION INCLUDING AT LEAST ONE SUCH BULKHEAD FITTING DEVICE
A bulkhead fitting device configured to sealingly link a conduit and a wall traversed by the conduit. This bulkhead fitting device includes a first ring sealingly linked to the conduit, a second ring having a flat, ring-shaped sealing face configured to be pressed against a contact face of the wall or of an intermediate part linked to the wall, an elastically deformable intermediate annular portion sealingly linking the first and second rings, a holding system configured to press the sealing face against the contact face. This bulkhead fitting device guarantees an optimum seal while enabling the absorption of forces and slight relative movements between the conduit and the wall. The device also helps to limit the propagation of vibration.
MOISTURE BARRIER SYSTEM
A moisture barrier system, comprising a barrier sheet adapted to be installed on a building having an interior wall structure and an exterior wall structure spaced apart from the interior wall structure to define a cavity there between.
Structural attachment sealing system
A mounting device including a base having an internal cavity and an upper portion above the base. The upper portion extends upward from the base and includes a vertical member defining opposed first and second faces above the base. An aperture is formed through the upper portion and extends through the first and second faces. The base extends outward, beyond each of the first and second faces.
Rubber Applicator Device for Concrete Joint Lines
The present invention relates generally to a rubber applicator device for concrete joint lines that is primarily comprised of a body further comprised of an exterior shaft, an interior shaft, a rotating locking mechanism, and at least one protrusion. The body of the device is preferably cylindrical and can increase in length to accommodate users of any height. The at least one protrusion guides rubber into a concrete keyway, while the user walks the device along the concrete keyway. In this manner, the device can be applied to any concrete keyway joint, such that a user can remain upright with less stress and strain on their back, while applying rubber to a concrete keyway joint.
Structural Attachment Sealing System
A mounting device including a base having an open bottom, a longitudinal axis, and a linear guide on the base. The linear guide guides support hardware in linear movement along the longitudinal axis. An internal cavity is under the base for containing a sealant against and in cooperation with a roof when the mounting device is secured to the roof. An opening is though the base is for receiving a fastener when the mounting device is secured to the roof. The opening is in communication with the internal cavity. The linear guide extends beyond the internal cavity.
SYSTEM FOR BUILDING PREFABRICATED MODULAR, SEALED, AND PRESSURIZED HABITATS
A system for sealing prefabricated facilities or underground facilities may allow for the sealing and pressurizing of parts or all of an underground facility or enclosed facility via a plurality of sealable doors or prefabricated modules. The system may implement mechanical connections between walls or extensions of individual modules. The system may implement complementary mechanical connections or partially complementary mechanical connections between individual modules and may further include module interior or module exterior sealing layers for rigid layers. The system may implement mechanical connections between individual modules wherein each of the mechanical connections may utilize sealing complementary profiles constructed and arranged to provide for an airtight seal between modules. The system may be used to link surface facilities to underground facilities, tunnels or shafts, or to pressurize sections of tunnels or shafts. The system may be used to stabilize pressurized facilities from back-blast due to evacuation of said tunnels or shafts. The system may be used to construct pressurized surface habitats independent of, or linked to underground tunnels or facilities. The system may further be used to construct space platforms or space stations.

JOINT EDGE PROTECTION APPARATUS - FULLY BRIDGED WAVE PLATES
A joint edge protection apparatus for protecting an edge of a first component formed of settable material and an edge of a second component formed of settable material at a joint, wherein the apparatus includes a first anchorage part for anchoring within the first component and a second anchorage part for anchoring within the second component, a first plate coupled to the first anchorage part, a second plate coupled to the second anchorage part, the first plate defining a first abutment surface, the second plate defining a second abutment surface, wherein the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface are shaped to facilitate abutment of at least a portion of the second abutment surface against the first abutment surface, and wherein the second anchorage part is adapted to be movable relative to the first anchorage part from an abutting configuration in which at least a portion of the second abutment surface is in abutment with the first abutment surface to a spaced configuration in which the second abutment surface is spaced relative to the first abutment surface, wherein the first anchorage part defines a support surface to support the second plate as the second anchorage part is moved between the abutting configuration and the spaced configuration, and wherein, in the abutting configuration an interface between the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface is offset relative to an interface between the first anchorage part and the second anchorage part such that the interface of the first abutment surface and the second abutment surface is positioned above the support surface.
