Decking Fastening and Water Draining System
A system for a waterproof deck may include connecting members, gaskets, and deck boards. The deck boards may be secured to a decking frame via the connecting members. The gaskets may be attached to the connecting members between the boards to create a waterproof seal. The system may also include draining devices to guide water to a desired location. A method for assembling the waterproof decking system.
Transition construction for bridging a building joint
A transition construction for bridging a building joint between two component parts of a building with at least one cover element that at least partially covers the building joint. The cover element is attached to a component part of the building via an anchoring structure, wherein the anchoring structure is configured such that the at least one cover element is selectively supported.
Integrated bonding flange support disk for prefabricated shower tray
A combination for plumbing fixtures, particularly tiled floors with drains, is disclosed. An exemplary combination includes a substantially planar shower tray bonding disk on a flooring substrate and surrounded by a prefabricated polymer foam shower tray on the flooring substrate and at the circumference of the bonding disk. The disk includes an interior rim that defines a drain opening and a plurality of slotted openings for permitting mortar to penetrate the disk. The drain opening in the disk can thus be positioned at a drain cut out in the flooring substrate.
Gypsum panels, systems, and methods
Gypsum panels, sheathing systems, and methods of making and using the same are provided. A gypsum panel includes a gypsum core associated with a first fiberglass mat having a continuous barrier coating, the coating penetrating a portion of the first fiberglass mat opposite the gypsum core, wherein gypsum penetrates a remaining fibrous portion of the first fiberglass mat such that voids in the first fiberglass mat are substantially eliminated. A building sheathing system includes at least two gypsum panels and a seaming component to provide a seam at an interface between the gypsum panels.
Adjustable gasket assembly
An elongated sealing assembly arranged to extend across a rectilinear rough opening in a wall of the building and a window frame for supporting a glass infill in that window frame, the elongated sealing assembly comprising an elongated extruded flexible panel having an elongated first edge, an elongated second edge, an elongated first side, an elongated second side, an elongated bituminous strip extending adjacent a second edge on the first side of the flexible panel, an elongated bituminous strip extending along a first edge on the first side of the flexible panel, an elongated dart flange extending perpendicularly outwardly from the first side of the flexible panel adjacent the elongated bituminous strip thereat, and an elongated, thickness-adjustable assembly coextruded with the elongated extruded flexible panel to permit in-field accommodation with adjacent yet spaced apart gaskets with respect to the support of a glass infill in the window frame.
Floorboards comprising a decorative edge part in a resilient surface layer
A set of essentially identical floorboards each including a front face and a rear face extending in the horizontal plane, a core, and a surface layer, a mechanical locking system is arranged at least at two opposite edges for connecting a floorboard with an adjacent floorboard in a horizontal and a vertical direction, said mechanical locking system being configured for connecting the floorboard with the adjacent floorboard by vertical folding, wherein one of said opposite edges is provided with a horizontally extending protrusion at an upper edge, and wherein said protrusion is configured to overlap a surface groove at an upper edge of the other of said opposite edges, such that two connected and adjacent floorboards have upper overlapping edges.

System, method and apparatus for corner siding
A corner siding product may include a plurality of panels. Each panel may include a front face with a simulated pattern, a hollow back, a longitudinal length extending in an x-direction, a lateral width extending in a y-direction, and a depth extending in a z-direction. In addition, the corner siding product may include a living hinge extending in the y-direction between the panels along side edges thereof. The corner siding product can have an uninstalled configuration wherein it is substantially planar. Embodiments of the corner siding product also can have an installed configuration wherein the living hinge permits the panels to be non-planar relative to each other, such that they are complementary in shape to a corner of a building.
UNITIZED CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM FOR PASSIVE HOUSE STANDARD
A unitized curtain wall system includes pre-assembled, pre-glazed aluminum framed curtain wall units. Vertical mullion components and top and bottom horizontal rail components interconnect adjacent curtain wall panels. The curtain wall units are suspended from one or more upper anchors installed on an upper floor slab. The bottom horizontal rail components are engaged with top horizontal rail components of adjacent, lower curtain wall units forming a continuous beam scheme for vertical mullion components and configured to accept lateral loads. The gravity loads of curtain wall units are supported by one or more floor anchors. Organic shaped insulating forms are disposed laterally between top and bottom horizontal rail components of adjacent curtain wall panels. The forms are compressible to permit flexing vertical movement of the curtain wall units while reducing air movement in a horizontal cavity formed between the top and bottom horizontal rail components forming a stack joint.
