RECYCLABLE BUILIDNG BLOCK AND BUILDING SYSTEM USED FOR CONSTRUCTING BUILDING
A building system used for constructing a building is disclosed in the present invention. The building system includes: a first block, a corner block and a connection block interlocking with each other for constructing the building; wherein, dimensional relations between the first block, the corner block and the connection block satisfying the following conditions: Lco=L+W; Wco=1/2 L+W; Lci=L; Wci=1/2 L; Lcb=1/2 L; Wcb=W; Wherein, L is a length of the first block; W is a width of the first block; Lco is an outer length of the corner block; Wco is an outer width of the corner block; Lci is an inner length of the corner block; Wci is an inner width of the corner block; Lcb is a length of the connection block; Wcb is a width of the connection block.
Composite building panel and shell
An outer shell for a composite building panel includes a tongue and correspondingly shaped groove formed on opposite side edges thereof for interlocking like panels to form a wall. The tongue extends outwardly from the side edge of the panel and has a forward portion with parallel sides which are straight and parallel to a central plane of the panel. The tongue has an intermediate portion that tapers outwardly from the parallel sides toward a side face of the panel. The tongue has a rearward portion with parallel sides. Inner faces of the groove are configured for close engagement of the forward and rearward portions of the tongue.
Wall Panel for Forming a Wall Covering With Multiple Panels
A wall panel for forming a wall covering with multiple panels, including a centrally located core. The core includes a rear side, a decorative side opposite the rear side, and at least two sides including coupling parts for mutual coupling of several panels. The coupling parts are arranged to be coupled with an angling motion. A new panel is arranged to be angled into a panel already forming part of the wall covering. The coupling parts include at least one first coupling part and at least one second coupling part arranged on opposite sides of the core. The first coupling part includes a sideward tongue, an upper bridge portion for connecting the sideward tongue to the core and a downward groove, for accommodating at least a parts of an upward locking element. The second coupling part includes a groove.
Monolithic retaining wall
An apparatus includes a monolithic retaining wall formed by combinable modular retaining wall blocks. Each of the combinable modular retaining wall blocks defines (A) vertical grooves extending along a vertical direction, and (B) horizontal grooves extending along a horizontal direction. This is done in such a way that the monolithic retaining wall, which is formed by the combinable modular retaining wall blocks, defines (A) spaced-apart instances of the vertical channels extending vertically through the monolithic retaining wall, and (B) spaced-apart instances of the horizontal channels extending horizontally through the monolithic retaining wall, in which at least some of the spaced-apart instances of the horizontal channels intersect at least some of the spaced-apart instances of the vertical channels.
WALL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM
A wall construction system including plurality of interlocking concrete blocks. The interlocking blocks include one or more stretcher blocks, corner blocks, and half blocks. The blocks include top and end shear lugs and bottom and end grooves. The bottom grooves accommodate the top shear lugs of blocks in a lower course of stacked blocks. Corner blocks provide a means for creating a corner and turning the direction of a course of blocks by 90 degrees. The interlocking features of the blocks enable dry-stacking in successive courses to construct a wall or multi-wall structure. When stacked end to end in successive rows, the top and end shear lugs of each interlocking block engage complimentary grooves in the underlying, overlying, and adjacent blocks thereby enabling the blocks to rapidly self-align vertically and lock together as they are stacked. The resulting dry-stacked structure exhibits a high lateral resistance to overpressures or transverse loads.
CONNECTION SURFACE FOR A STRUCTURAL UNIT AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A connection surface disposed on a face of a structural unit comprises a first segment having a three dimensional surface profile including a plurality of positive outer surfaces extending outwardly along a normal direction from a plane and a plurality of negative outer surfaces extending inwardly along the normal direction from the plane, wherein at least two of the plurality of positive outer surfaces are separated from one another along both vertical and horizontal directions and at least two of the plurality of negative outer surfaces are separated from one another along vertical and horizontal directions. A second segment opposes the first segment with respect to an axis, wherein the second segment is a substantial reflection of the first segment across the axis, but reversed along the normal direction.
WALL ASSEMBLY FOR BUILDING STRUCTURES AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF
A wall assembly including: a plurality of stud assemblies, each of the stud assemblies including a plurality of metal studs, the stud assemblies being spaced apart from each other and forming a window opening therebetween; a sill wedge connected between the stud assemblies and forming a lower edge of the window opening; and a board layer extending around a periphery of the window opening and being attached to the stud assemblies.
Modular building system
A modular wall building system includes a plurality of course modules which can be connected to form a wall such as a wall of a building structure. A course module includes inner and outer wall panels connected by upper and lower panel connectors via connector pins which are received by receiving rails extending from interior surfaces of the inner and outer wall panels. The course modules include wall course modules, bottom course modules and top course modules. Door and window modules can be installed to the building structure by attachment to the course modules. The panel connectors include structural openings for receiving vertical structural members. The wall building system includes a bottom plate structure and tie down system for attachment of the wall structure to a foundation, and a top plate structure including truss connectors for attaching a roof structure.
