The electro-ionic device includes at least two electrical conductors spaced apart from each other defining at least a portion of a respiratory pathway therebetween and a circuit configured to apply a first voltage between the two conductors during inspiration and a second voltage greater than the first voltage during expiration.
Disposable PAPR with Viral Resistant Coatings
The PAPR kit is an air-purifying respirator that uses a blower to force the ambient air through air-filtration media to the hood assembly to create positive air pressure. The PAPR kit is module in design and can be employed in multiple use configurations and applications. The PAPR kit comprises a PAPR unit, the PAPR unit may be removably mounted or coupled to a back region of a hood assembly and/or a waist belt. The PAPR kit may further comprise an integrated or removable battery pack that is easily retained and/or removed from the PAPR unit.
SYSTEM FOR MEASURING CONTAMINATION OF AN AIR CONDITION
There is described a system for analyzing an air condition. The system comprises a detection unit configured for detecting of detection signals indicative of a bacteria-related contamination of an evaporator and/or an air filter of the air condition, an analyzing unit configured for analyzing of a level of contamination of the evaporator and/or the air filter based on the detection signals, and an output unit configured for outputting the analyzed level of contamination of the evaporator and/or the air filter to a user.
Air Purification Device
An air purification device for maintaining a clean smelling bathroom includes a housing, which is mountable to a tank of a toilet, and a plurality of bulbs, which is mountable to an underside of a seat of the toilet. An opening is positioned in the housing to vent the housing. A tube is attached to and extends from the housing to a bowl of the toilet. A battery, a pump, and a filter are attached to and positioned in the housing. The battery is operationally engaged to the pump and the bulbs, positioning the bulbs to selectively illuminate an area proximate to the toilet. The pump draws air from the bowl through the tube into the housing, where the filter absorbs malodorous compounds in the air to purify the air, thus maintaining a clean smell in proximity to the toilet.
Bipolar Ionizer with Feedback Control
A bipolar ionizer comprising an electronic circuit, microprocessor, and step-up transformer providing high-voltage signals to carbon-fiber electrodes producing bipolar ion concentrations greater than +/−200 million ions per cubic centimeter. The bipolar ionizer monitors, reduces, and converts high-voltage signals to feedback signals used by the microprocessor to vary a frequency and a duty cycle of a digital signal to control an excitation signal for a step-up transformer output voltage to consistently maintain an unbalanced high-voltage output ratio less than 80 percent, balanced bipolar ion concentration ratio greater than 80 percent, and zero ozone concentration over a range of electrical signal inputs. The microprocessor calculates and reports bipolar ionizer concentrations based on feedback signals. The microprocessor monitors concentrations of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in an airflow serving the bipolar ionizer and adjusts the positive/negative DC high-voltage signals and bipolar ion concentration when VOC concentrations are above a threshold.
AIRBORN PATHOGEN DISENFECTING SYSTEM FOR AN HVAC SYSTEM
The present invention provides for a system for disinfecting air circulated in an HVAC system. The system includes a multi-phase system, wherein the multi-phase system comprises at least six segments, with at least one segment representing each of at lease one air intake, at least one air handler, and at least one connecting ductwork. The system has at least one interchangeable filter, wherein each filter in said at least one interchangeable filter is an elongate three-dimensional grid with a series of openings to allow circulated are to flow over the air filter's elongate surfaces. The system also has a plurality of ultraviolet lights, and an airborne disinfecting system with at least one spray nozzle mounted to said at least one connecting duct, wherein a supply hose connects said at least one spray nozzle to at least one reservoir of disinfectant.
Air Sanitizing Device
An air sanitizing device may include one or more sanitation walls forming a sanitation cavity having a first end and a second end. The sanitation cavity may have an elongated length dimension and a width dimension with the length dimension extending between the first end and the second end. A lateral axis may extend through the sanitation cavity and may bisect the width dimension. At least one elongated Ultraviolet light emitting element may be disposed in the sanitation cavity, preferably parallel to the lateral axis. A plurality of baffles may be coupled to one or more of the sanitation walls and disposed in the sanitation cavity, and one or more baffles of the plurality of baffles may be angled relative to the lateral axis between 25 and 155 degrees. One or more fans may be configured to motivate air around the plurality of baffles and through the sanitation cavity.
RECYCLABLE CERAMIC CATALYST FILTER, FILTERING SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANAGING THE FILTERING SYSTEM
A recyclable ceramic catalyst filter, a filtering system including the same, and a method of managing the filtering system are provided. The ceramic catalyst filter has a monolithic structure including a first surface which blocks a first material; and a second surface which removes a second material that passed through the first surface, where the second surface is activated and operates as a catalyst layer which removes the second material in response to energy supplied to the second surface.
