System for wall to wall connection for precast shear walls and method thereof
A system for wall to wall connection for precast shear walls includes a plurality of horizontal and vertical reinforcement bars configured within the precast shear wall. The system also includes a plurality of connecting tubes fixed between the spacing provided between the reinforcement bars, a plurality of openings provided between the plurality of connecting tubes, a plurality of grout tubes fixed above the plurality of openings to grout the openings after completing confection of the shear walls, a plurality of connecting bars capable of being inserted within the connecting tubes of the precast shear wall, when erected, a connecting device for inserting through the openings to grip the connecting bars, and a driving device to supply power to the drive for causing rotation of the drive/manual action and, thereby, sending the connecting bar in a translational motion from the first shear wall to the second shear wall.
Wall system
A building construction includes a plurality of vertically oriented studs, each extending between a floor and a ceiling of a building, each stud including a first and second stud sections in parallel, spaced apart relation, and a connecting wall which connects together the first and second stud sections in the parallel, spaced apart relation, each stud section including a central wall having lengthwise extending recesses, and two wing walls extending from opposite side edges of the central wall; and side connecting panels for connecting together wing walls of horizontally spaced apart studs, with the outer surface of each side connecting panel being coplanar with the outer surface of each respective central wall.
Metal framing components for wall panels
The present invention has various types of horizontal bracing channels, longitudinal spacing-bracing channels, couplings, bracing clips, support channels, hole shapes within the support channels and orientation of the various elements that affect how wall panels are made. The structural insulating core includes the framing members and spacer blocks between the framing members that interlock together by having a structural insulating core of foam spacers with a tongue side and groove side interlocking the foam spacers between vertical metal support channels including the horizontal bracing channels, longitudinal spacing-bracing channels having notches, couplings and bracing clips connecting together.
WALL OR CEILING PANEL AND WALL OR CEILING ASSEMBLY
A wall or ceiling panel, which, on one side edge, comprises a male coupling part and, on an opposite side edge, comprises a female coupling part. The male coupling part comprises a tongue and the female coupling part comprises a groove. The groove is bordered by a front lip and a rear lip, with the characteristic that the panel forms a ceiling-high wall panel and/or has a length of at least 2400 mm.
METAL STUD
A steel wall stud has a rear wall, two parallel side walls, each side wall having a front end wall that projects away from interior cavity formed by the rear and side walls.
Fire-rated wall and ceiling system
The present application is directed toward fire-rated wall construction components and wall systems for use in building construction. Embodiments can include tracks for holding studs which incorporate various geometries capable of receiving fire-retardant material, flat straps for use between tracks and fluted wall components, fire sponges for use in fluted wall components, and tracks with protruding grooves or other structures which prevent unwanted air movement between a wallboard component and the track.

PROTRUSION HOLE WITH CONNECTORS
The present invention relates to a building construction having a smaller aperture by extending the aperture top side edges referred to as protrusions and where the protrusions and the aperture bottom edges secure metal framing members from vertical movement and the aperture side edge and hole notches that secure the metal framing members from vertical and horizontal movement. The metal framing member have different shapes and metal framing member notches that engage the metal support members to reduce or eliminate vertical and horizontal movement between the metal framing members.

Aircraft storage bin bucket with space efficient corner joint
An aircraft storage bin that includes an upper housing and a bucket that cooperate to define a bin interior. The bucket is movable with respect to the upper housing between open and closed positions and includes a bottom and right and left side panels. The bottom includes lower and upper surfaces and right and left outer edges. The right and left side panels each include a first section having a first transverse width, a second section having a second transverse width, and a transition section that is located between the first and second sections. The second transverse width is less than the first transverse width. At least a portion of the second section of each of the side panels is received in a slot defined in the upper surface of the bottom of the bucket, such that the right and left side panels extend upwardly from the bottom.
