SUPPORT WALL FRAME SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED USE THEREOF
A support wall frame system includes at least one end track, and a frame member received within the at least one end track. Such a frame member has a centrally registered longitudinal axis and includes at least one rib extended parallel to the centrally registered longitudinal axis. Advantageously, the at least one rib is statically affixed to the at least one end track. The at least one track includes at least one detent spaced from each shoulder of the track to allow bending the at least one track from a single and unitary sheet of metal. The at least one rib is interfitted within the at least one track.
Articulated perimeter wall for an industrial worksite
Embodiments are directed to a hinged perimeter barrier or wall for an industrial worksite. The perimeter barrier may be formed from a series of wall sections that include hinged panels. The wall sections may be delivered to the worksite in an unextended configuration and then hoisted (by crane) into an extended configuration. A top panel may include a set of lifting features that may be engaged to raise (unfold) the panels and form the wall section. The wall section may be secured to a structural support using a support attachment assembly. The perimeter barrier may be used to mitigate various byproducts of an industrial worksite, including noise, dust, odor, light, and so on. The panels may be formed from an acoustic dampening material, visual mitigation material, and/or various other materials as may be appropriate for a given worksite.

Wall or ceiling panel and wall or ceiling assembly
A wall or ceiling panel, which, on one side edge, comprises a male coupling part and, on an opposite side edge, comprises a female coupling part. The male coupling part comprises a tongue and the female coupling part comprises a groove. The groove is bordered by a front lip and a rear lip, with the characteristic that the panel forms a ceiling-high wall panel and/or has a length of at least 2400 mm.

Fire-rated wall and ceiling system
The present application is directed toward fire-rated wall construction components and wall systems for use in building construction. Embodiments can include tracks for holding studs which incorporate various geometries capable of receiving fire-retardant material, flat straps for use between tracks and fluted wall components, fire sponges for use in fluted wall components, and tracks with protruding grooves or other structures which prevent unwanted air movement between a wallboard component and the track.

WATERPROOFING AND SAFETY-INCREASING PREFABRICATED BUILDING FRAMING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A waterproof and safety framing system is disclosed. The framing system includes a building defining an opening, a wall panel, and a framing assembly. The framing assembly includes receiver and a bottom track. The receiver is installed along an edge of the opening, with the receiver including a receiver bottom wall that defines a receiver ridge extending along a length of the receiver. The bottom track is attached to an edge of the wall panel and including a track bottom wall that defines a track ridge, with the receiver and the bottom track matingly engaging such that the bottom track overlays the receiver and the receiver ridge and the track ridge are proximal one another. The framing assembly is structured to prevent the wall panel from passing through the opening in a first direction.
