Aircraft air duct system for transmitting sanitized air
An air duct system is disclosed, and includes an air duct having a main body, where the main body of the air duct defines a passageway having a reflective inner surface. The air duct system also includes an ultraviolet light source configured to generate ultraviolet light. The ultraviolet light source directs the ultraviolet light along the reflective inner surface of the air duct.
Lighting apparatus
A lighting apparatus includes a fan device, a driver, a connector and a light module. The lighting apparatus is installing to a cavity of a ceiling. The fan device has a fan and an air channel. The fan is placed in the cavity. The driver converts an external power source to a first driving current supplied to the fan device. The connector is fixed to the fan device. The first light source receives a second driving current provided by the driver. The air channel has an entrance between the main housing and the fan device. The entrance is visually concealed by the main housing when a viewer stands below the lighting apparatus.
THE UTILIZATION OF PARTICLE SIZE MANIPULATION IN ADDITION TO PARTICLE AGGLOMERATION IN COMBINATIONS WITH MUTI PHOTON AND PHONON EMISSIONS ON OXIDIZING AGENTS CREATING AUGMENTED OXIDIZING AGENTS, AOAs
Methods, systems, and apparatuses for producing one or more of trioxygen, reactive nitrogen species, hydrogen and its ions, oxygen and its ions, and electronically modified oxygen derivatives from oxidizing agents that are exposed to certain frequencies of photon/phonon emissions, exposed for certain amounts of time, and exposed to certain intensities of photon/phonon emissions. The oxidizing agent or oxidizing agents can be exposed to multiple frequencies and wavelengths of photon/phonon emissions and multiple exposures of photon/phonon emissions. The methods displayed provide a new paradigm to perform photocatalytic oxidation of substrates using photon/phonon emissions and/or MPA as energy input, trioxygen, hydrogen and oxygen and its isotopes as the catalysts and oxidizing agents as the oxygen source and the elimination or reduction of dissociation reactions to minimize hindrances to the reactions.
VEHICLE WITH MODULAR AIR TREATMENT UNIT
A modular air treatment unit for an over the road vehicle is independent of an associated climate control system. The air treatment unit is configured to filter and sanitize air within the passenger compartment as air moves along a flow path separate from a flow path through the climate control system. The modular air treatment unit includes a housing defining a circuitous passageway, an air filter mounted to the housing, a fan configured to move air along passageway, and an ultraviolet light source arranged in the housing. The ultraviolet light source is configured to discharge germicidal ultraviolet light inside the housing to eliminate pathogens in the housing.
Automotive Air Purifier
An air purifier for use in a vehicle having louvered air vents includes a housing having rear and front air flow openings that are aligned with and in air flow communication with each other. A louver clip is attached to the housing adjacent the rear air flow opening. The louver clip is configured to engage a louver on an air vent in the vehicle to hold the housing in place in front of the air vent. The air purifier includes an annular ultraviolet light bulb having a central air flow opening aligned with the front and rear air flow openings in the housing. An annular ultraviolet reflector at least partially encircles the annular ultraviolet light bulb. The air purifier includes a power source for providing electrical power to the ultraviolet light bulb, and a power switch for turning power on or off to the ultraviolet light bulb.
Systems for eliminating and/or reducing aerosol emissions from a heater/cooler
A system including tubing and a filter configured to be fluidly coupled to a vacuum source and to a heater/cooler unit by the tubing. The filter includes a filter container having negative air pressure in the filter container provided by the vacuum source to pull aerosol from the heater/cooler unit into the filter container and eliminate and/or reduce the aerosol emitted from the heater/cooler unit.
OPTICAL ARRANGEMENT FOR DISINFECTION IN APPARATUSES OPERATING WITH AIR OR A LIQUID
An optical arrangement for disinfection in apparatuses operating with air or a liquid comprises at least one radiation source or at least one group of radiation sources, which emits or jointly emit radiation in the ultraviolet wavelength range, at least one beam collecting optical unit, which collects the radiation emitted by the radiation source or the group of radiation sources, a number of beam delivering optical units, each configured to receive the radiation collected by the at least one beam collecting optical unit, and also a number of effect zones spatially separated from one another, into which the radiation delivered via the beam delivering optical units is emitted in order to bring about a disinfecting effect.
LED tube apparatus
A light tube apparatus includes a tubular housing, a first light source, a second light source, a driver and a controller. The tubular housing having a first light passing window and a second light passing window. The first light source is for emitting a white light from the first light passing window in an illuminating mode. The second light source is for emitting an ultraviolet light from the second light passing window in a sanitizing mode. The driver is for converting an external power source to a first driving current to the first light source and a second driving current to the second light source. The controller is for determining when to enter the sanitizing mode or the illuminating mode based on a stored criterion.
AIR STERILIZATION DEVICE FOR VEHICULAR AIR CONDITIONER
An air sterilization device for a vehicular air conditioner may include an air conditioner case, which includes an air inlet provided at an intake side of the air conditioner case and an air outlet provided at a discharge side of the air conditioner case and which includes an air path therein, a photocatalytic unit, which is configured to blow internal air or external air toward the air outlet of the air conditioner case and a surface of which is coated with a photocatalyst, and an optical source unit configured to radiate ultraviolet rays to the photocatalytic unit to thus cause a photocatalytic reaction at the photocatalytic unit, generating hydroxyl radicals.
DISINFECTING AIR FILTRATIONS SYSTEM CONFIGURATION
Methods and apparatus of the present disclosure monitor and change operation of an air filtering system or apparatus dynamically over time. Changes to the air filtering apparatus may be associated with a type of facility and air purity requirements associated with the type of facility. Examples of different types of facilities include an office building, a clean room, and a hospital. Apparatus of the present disclosure may include conventional air filters and may include disinfecting air filter sub-assemblies that use a high voltage to charge particles in the air such that those particles may conglomerate and be captured more easily in an air. Methods consistent with the present disclosure may change an air flow rate or may change the voltage used to charge the air particles as conditions associated with the air of a facility change over time.
