Panel Support and Installation System
A panel support system for mounting a panel to an enclosure can include support profiles mounted to a top and a bottom of the enclosure. The support profiles can define elongate channels that can be sized to receive a top or bottom portion of the panel. The bottom support profile can have apertures along a base wall of the profile. Elements for reducing friction, including, for example, rollers can extend through the apertures in an installation configuration, to facilitate insertion of a panel into the elongate channel. The friction-reducing elements can be moved to an installed configuration once the panel is in place, allowing the panel to rest on the base wall of the bottom support profile.
PANEL CONTAINMENT SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
A containment system for separating a containment area from an external environment may include one or more panel assemblies, various types of door assemblies, a flexible corner assembly, and other components that form a modular system capable of adapting to various configurations using a minimal number of fasteners, brackets, and/or clamps.
Modular panel system and a wall installation method
The present invention relates to the construction industry, and in particular to laboratories, hospitals, food production areas and other places where asepsis is required. Specifically, it relates to a modular construction system based on self-supporting panels, which have post-formed exterior surfaces and are complemented with corner components of similar construction to build hermetic, waterproof and insulating walls that have smooth surfaces. For this, there is a modular system of panels for forming aseptic spaces within an enclosure and a method of installing a clean room wall by means of a modular system of panels to form aseptic spaces inside an enclosure.
Modular wall panels and system
Modular wall panels having a frame of a plurality of frame components and at least one wall sheet affixed to the frame. Frame component may have angled ends, straight ends, or a combination thereof. Each end of the frame components may have at least one fastener or at least one corresponding receiver to selectively connect adjacent frame components end on end in forming a frame, including corners. Frames can thus be assembled in the field and are fully customizable. A hub may be utilized with multiple sides having fastener(s) or receiver(s) to interconnect frame components. A wall system includes a plurality of such wall panels connected to one another along the outer surfaces of the frame components of their respective frames.
Relocatable Internal Wall Panel, Kit and System
There is disclosed a relocatable internal wall panel, kit and system for a room having a floor and ceiling. The wall panel comprises a first wall portion and a second wall portion having opposed planar surfaces to define a void. The first wall portion is at least partly received within the void defined within the second wall portion in a retracted position and reversibly extendable therefrom such that in the extended position the upper edge of the first wall portion bears against the ceiling of the room.
HYBRID PARTITION WITH FUNCTION OF REMOVING FINE DUST
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a partition with a function of dividing a space in a room and removing fine dust with low energy without requiring a separate installation space, and more particularly, to a hybrid partition with a function of removing fine dust while dividing a space, the hybrid partition including: a partition frame; outer finishing plates; dust attachment plates; an air introduction part; a dust collecting part; a dust removing part; and an air discharge part.
Demountable wall system with removable cover
A demountable wall system includes a frame component that has a base. The demountable wall system also includes a biasing element and a cover that is removably coupled to the frame component. The cover includes a cover body and an engagement projection extending outwards from the cover body, and the biasing element is configured to bias the cover such that the engagement projection engages the frame component.
A MODULAR PANEL SYSTEM AND A WALL INSTALLATION METHOD
The present invention relates to the construction industry, and in particular to laboratories, hospitals, food production areas and other places where asepsis is required. Specifically, it relates to a modular construction system based on self-supporting panels, which have post-formed exterior surfaces and are complemented with corner components of similar construction to build hermetic, waterproof and insulating walls that have smooth surfaces. For this, there is a modular system of panels for forming aseptic spaces within an enclosure and a method of installing a clean room wall by means of a modular system of panels to form aseptic spaces inside an enclosure.
Prefabricated demising wall with external conduit engagement features
A prefabricated demising wall assembly comprising two substrate panels each with an interior and exterior surface, the substrate panels configured to span between a floor and a ceiling of a building unit; a plurality of metal studs connecting the interior surfaces of the two substrate panels, wherein the plurality of metal studs define a space between the substrate panels; a fire sprinkler pipeline between the two substrate panels, wherein at least some of the plurality of metal studs have an aperture accommodating the fire sprinkler pipeline through an interior of the demising wall assembly; and a plurality of hanger elements operably attached to the exterior surfaces of the two substrate panels, wherein the plurality of hanger elements are configured to connect to a plurality of removable finish panels.
SANDWICH PANEL
A sandwich panel includes a first plate member and a second plate member, each of which is metallic, a spacer unit which is metallic and formed in the shape of a rectangular frame, and a core member. The core member is arranged in a region surrounded with the spacer unit between the first plate member and the second plate member. The spacer unit is made up of a plurality of spacers that are formed as separate members. The first plate member and the second plate member are bonded to the core member and each of the plurality of spacers.
