An example apparatus is disclosed that may be a demising wall that may include two structurally insulated panels (SIPS). Each of the SIPS may be configured to span between a floor and a ceiling of a building unit, and the two SIPS are spaced apart to define an interstitial space between the SIPS, wherein each of the SIPS includes an interior surface having a magnesium oxide board and an exterior surface having a fiber cement board. An example method is disclosed for assembling a demising wall to a floor panel. An example apparatus is disclosed that may be an end wall panel that may include two SIPS. Each of the SIPS may be configured to span between a floor and a ceiling of a building unit. An example method is disclosed for assembling an end wall panel to a floor panel.
Rigid panel containment system and related methods
A containment system may include four different widths of panel assemblies, at least four different types of corner assemblies, various types of door assemblies, multiple types of three-way corners or T intersections, multiple types of exhaust panel assemblies, multiple types of wall seal assemblies, and other components that form a modular system capable of adapting to various configurations using a minimal number of fasteners, brackets, and/or clamps. Each panel assembly includes a lower assembly, an upper assembly slideably attached to the lower assembly, at least one adjustment mechanism that interfaces with both the lower assembly and the upper assembly, and a sealing member extending between the upper assembly and the lower assembly.
A STRUCTURAL COMPONENT FOR SUPPORTING CONSTRUCTION PANELS AND A WALL COMPRISING THE SAME
A structural component (100) for supporting construction panels is disclosed comprising an I-shaped strip having two parallel strips (P1. P2) and at least one strip (S1) perpendicular to (P1) and (P2). One or both the parallel strips (P1. P2) contain a plurality of substantially flat portions (110) and void portions (120) which alternate in a first direction X along the structural component (100). The flat portions (110) are configured to support the construction panel in plane contact while the void portions (120) are configured to support the construction panels in line contact. The void portions (120) reduce the thermal transmission of the structural component (100) by providing reduced thermal bridges in the transmission path of heat and reducing the contact surface area with adjoining adjacent materials. The structural component (100) described is a drywall stud or a spacer separating two parallelly bonded construction panels.
PREFABRICATED STRUCTURAL PANEL, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND STRUCTURAL SYSTEM
A prefabricated structural panel is for a structural construction system. The panel defines a panel plane with a peripheral edge for connections, and includes a load-bearing frame made of concrete, steel or wood substantially coplanar with the panel plane. The load-bearing frame defines a through opening transverse to the panel plane. The panel includes a blind or glass filling layer in the load-bearing frame to close the through opening. The panel is completed in an assembly line with layers of different materials assembled on both sides of the load-bearing frame and the filling layer, on an inner side of the filling element. A covering layer fixed to metal profiles defines a gap for air circulation. Layers of isolating materials create thermal and acoustic insulation on an outer side of the load-bearing frame and filling element. The prefabricated panels are assembled by a geometric interlocking coupling and form housing units.
WATERPROOFING ASSEMBLIES AND PREFABRICATED WALL PANELS INCLUDING THE SAME
Wall panels and methods of constructing a wall system for a building are described. In some embodiments, a pre-assembled wall panel may include a panel frame including a perimeter member defining a perimeter side of the panel frame, first and second wall boards attached to opposite sides of the panel frame to define first and second major sides of the wall panel, each of the first and second wall boards comprising non-combustible material, and a waterproofing assembly enclosing the perimeter side of the panel frame and extending along a full length of the perimeter side, wherein the waterproofing assembly includes a non-metallic elongate member comprising first and second opposing flanges disposed against respective exterior surfaces of the first and second wall boards, and wherein the first and second opposing flanges are attached to the perimeter member.
PREFABRICATED DEMISING WALL WITH EXTERNAL CONDUIT ENGAGEMENT FEATURES
A prefabricated demising wall assembly comprising two substrate panels each with an interior and exterior surface, the substrate panels configured to span between a floor and a ceiling of a building unit; a plurality of metal studs connecting the interior surfaces of the two substrate panels, wherein the plurality of metal studs define a space between the substrate panels; a fire sprinkler pipeline between the two substrate panels, wherein at least some of the plurality of metal studs have an aperture accommodating the fire sprinkler pipeline through an interior of the demising wall assembly; and a plurality of hanger elements operably attached to the exterior surfaces of the two substrate panels, wherein the plurality of hanger elements are configured to connect to a plurality of removable finish panels.
Smart wall
A smart wall comprises: a frame structure including a mounting cell; an electronic product disposed in the mounting cell; and an art wall covering the front of the frame structure, wherein the frame structure comprises: a first steel section; a second steel section which includes a second fastening part formed at the end thereof and is disposed in a direction perpendicular to the first steel section; a first fastening part which includes multiple first fastening holes arranged in the width direction of the first steel section; the second fastening part which is located at the end of the second steel section and includes multiple second fastening holes corresponding to the multiple first fastening holes; and fastening screws passing through the first fastening part and the second fastening part, and the first fastening part comprises multiple first fastening parts disposed at predetermined intervals in the extension direction of the first steel section. Accordingly, various frame structures can be implemented and thus reduced manufacturing costs can be achieved.
