Wall panel system
A wall panel system including a plurality of wall panels that can be positioned adjacent to each other. Each of the individual wall panels includes an attachment slot that is positioned between upper and lower panel sections. The attachment slot allows external components to be mounted to the wall panel. Each individual wall panel includes a height adjustment mechanism having a support block positioned within an open interior of a bottom cross support rail. The support block receives an adjustment rod that is rotatable to adjust the height of the wall panel. The support block of the height adjustment mechanism includes support flanges that support the weight of the wall panel. The top cross support rail includes an attachment slot that receives a door track for supporting a sliding door. The attachment slot that receives the door track corresponds to the attachment slot positioned between upper and lower panel sections.
SLAB CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING MULTI-STORY BUILDINGS USING PRE-MANUFACTURED STRUCTURES
The present invention integrates the use of pre-manufactured structures with minimal on-site installation and lift-slab construction to achieve the construction of multi-story buildings. The pre-manufactured structures are designed to be readily integrated with both horizontal and vertically adjacent building components, including lift-slab components, so that multiple building stories may be readily and securely stacked, one on top of the other. The present invention advantageously permits top-down lift-slab construction for multi-story buildings. The present invention also provides for the development of flexible design plans for institutional, residential, office and other types of buildings. The present invention advantageously provides for easier, more efficient, faster, cheaper, safer, higher quality and more consistent, environmentally advantaged, energy-efficient, easier to maintain, intelligently designed, and customizable multi-story building construction.
Modular walls with seismic-shiftability
Implementations of the present invention relate to systems, methods, and apparatus for providing components of a wall module and a modular wall with the ability to shift or move relative to each other. The ability to shift can reduce or prevent damage to the wall modules during movement of support structures (ceilings, floors, permanent or structural walls) that secure the wall modules, which can shift or move relative to each other during seismic events or otherwise.
Panel support and installation system
A panel support system for mounting a panel to an enclosure can include support profiles mounted to a top and a bottom of the enclosure. The support profiles can define elongate channels that can be sized to receive a top or bottom portion of the panel. The bottom support profile can have apertures along a base wall of the profile. Elements for reducing friction, including, for example, rollers can extend through the apertures in an installation configuration, to facilitate insertion of a panel into the elongate channel. The friction-reducing elements can be moved to an installed configuration once the panel is in place, allowing the panel to rest on the base wall of the bottom support profile.
PARTITION SYSTEM FOR DIVIDING A ROOM OF A BUILDING INTO A PLURALITY OF ROOMS
A partition system (10) for dividing a space, comprising a frame (11) and one or more partition panels (12) mountable on the frame, wherein the frame comprises a plurality of main profiles (100) which comprises at least one plurality of perimetric profiles (110) configured to be fixed to a surface of the space; one or more perimetric profiles are constituted of a main material which is thermoplastic polyolefin mixture-based. Each main profile delimits a first front hollow (102) which, in use, receives an edge (13) of at least one of the partition panels. The frame comprises a plurality of covering profiles (200) which are couplable by means of a snap joint to the plurality of main profiles, and which comprises a plurality of first covers (201) couplable in such a way as to close the first front hollow at the first lateral side obstructing removal of the partition panel.
Warp resistant panels
A composite wood prefabricated wall panel configured for reduced moisture absorption includes a composite wood panel body, one or more connection components, and a priming layer. The composite wood panel body includes a front face, a rear face, and at least one edge. The one or more connection components are affixed to the rear face or the at least one edge, and the one or more connection components are configured to secure the composite wood prefabricated wall panel to one or more structural members of a prefabricated wall system. The priming layer is disposed over one or more surfaces of the composite wood panel body.

The priming layer is disposed over one or more surfaces of the composite wood panel body.
Profile arrangement for setting up exhibition stands or shop fittings
A profile arrangement for setting up exhibition stands or shop fittings, including a supporting profile having at least one hollow chamber extending continuously in the longitudinal direction of the supporting profile, at least two legs extending continuously in the longitudinal direction, and a covering profile. The covering profile is constructed at least partly of light-transmissive material or is constructed completely of translucent plastic. The supporting profile respectively has at free ends of the two legs snap-fitting devices interacting with matching snap-fitting devices on the covering profile. LED lighting is provided on an inner side of the supporting profile, so that during operation the LED lighting radiates light in the direction of an inner side of the covering profile.
Wall panel
A prefabricated wall panel for forming internal walls in a building is described. In an embodiment the panel comprises a rear board; a front board forming an internal wall for a room, said front board spaced away from said rear board to form a cavity; and a wireway disposed within the cavity, wherein the wireway comprises one or more channels that run substantially from a base of the wall panel to a top of the wall panel to allow services to pass through the panel, and wherein the wireway constrains cabling of the services within a channel.
