A support wall frame system includes an end track, and a metal frame member received within the end track. The metal frame member includes a plurality of ribs and a plurality of stiffeners spaced therefrom, respectively. The plurality of ribs are statically affixed to the end track, and the plurality of stiffeners are abutted against the end track. An inwardly directed V-shaped stiffener is located along base while each side wall has an inwardly directed rib. Each end of the stud is received within the end track such that the end track has a base with upwardly directed side walls, these side walls each having an inwardly directed detent. The stud is friction held between the end track's side walls and each detent is received within a respective one of the ribs to lock the stud. Fasteners pass through each -detent-rib pair.

A partition, mounted on a mounting surface, comprises a plurality of elongate upright members, a first board and a second board. The first board is mounted on one side of a pair of the elongate upright members that are adjacent to each other, and the second board is mounted on the other side of the same pair of adjacent elongate upright members, so as to provide a cavity between the pair of elongate upright members and the first and second boards. The partition further comprises a spacer that is located within the cavity, the maximum dimension of the spacer in the through-thickness direction of the partition being at least 90% of the separation of the two boards. The spacer may help to reduce the extent of inward bowing of the boards between adjacent elongate upright members, so that, for example, the upright members may be spaced further apart.

A fixing device for mounting wall elements for constructing a wall, includes: a support profile, A securing element which is designed to extend between the wall elements and can be twisted relative to the support profile between a first position in which an engagement element of the securing element remains separate from the support profile, and a second position in which the engagement element engages on the support profile for fixing and secures the wall elements; and a closing profile which in the second position is attachable to the securing element and comprises a blocking element for preventing the securing element from twisting back.

An adjustable truss structure is provided and includes a truss member, a first channel having a first slot, the first channel being attached to the truss member, a rail having a second slot, and an anchor attached to the rail, the anchor having a member rotatable to a first position where the member is insertable into the first slot and rotatable to a second position to engage with a surface of the first channel, enabling the rail to be selectively moved relative to the first channel and locked into a selected fixed position relative to the first channel. A support member having a second channel with a U-shaped cross-section, the second channel being hooked into the second slot and being slidable in the second slot.

The at least one slide plate lock may be engaged with the at least one connector plate lock. A multi-position mounting system is provided for securing a wall panel or hanging to a vertical wall, the wall panel or hanging having a front surface facing away from the wall, a back surface opposite the front, and one or more side surfaces connecting the front and back surfaces. In one embodiment, the multi-position mounting system includes a notch disposed in the back surface of the wall panel, the notch having at least three edges, each edge defining a separate sidewall surface. The notch is configured to secure to a bracket affixed to the vertical wall, the bracket configured to separately mate with each sidewall surface of the notch, wherein mating the bracket with an adjacent sidewall surface of the notch slightly rotates the wall panel with respect to the vertical wall.
