Waterproofing and safety-increasing prefabricated building framing system and method
A waterproof and safety framing system is disclosed. The framing system includes a building defining an opening, a wall panel, and a framing assembly. The framing assembly includes receiver and a bottom track. The receiver is installed along an edge of the opening, with the receiver including a receiver bottom wall that defines a receiver ridge extending along a length of the receiver. The bottom track is attached to an edge of the wall panel and including a track bottom wall that defines a track ridge, with the receiver and the bottom track matingly engaging such that the bottom track overlays the receiver and the receiver ridge and the track ridge are proximal one another. The framing assembly is structured to prevent the wall panel from passing through the opening in a first direction.
Truss based display system
A display unit comprising a plurality of vertical truss members anchored to a floor surface; a plurality of horizontal rails attached to the vertical truss members thereby forming a frame; a horizontal track anchored to a floor surface in front of the vertical truss members; a plurality of cantilever supports attached across the top of the frame, the cantilever supports each having a front portion providing an upper frame and lower frame; a plurality of upper rectangular panels mounted in a first row adjacent one another in the upper frames; a plurality of lower rectangular panels mounted in the lower frames adjacent one another a second row below the first row; first and second side panels anchored to the floor track and to a plurality of the horizontal rails; a plurality of cabinets located adjacent one another between the first and second side panels and anchored to the floor track and at least one of said horizontal rails; and a plurality of display panels disposed between the top surfaces of the cabinets and the lower edges of the lower rectangular panels.

Quick assemble wall system, and related methods
A wall panel includes a first upright post, a second upright post, an upper stretcher connecting the first upright post to the second upright post, a lower stretcher connecting the first upright post to the second upright post, and a frame having an extrusion profile, wherein the extrusion profile is configured to couple the frame to the wall panel frame. A wall panel assembly includes a plurality of the wall panels.
CONSTRUCTION FRAMING SYSTEM INCLUDING A LAYOUT TRACK
A construction framing system includes first and second studs, a first layout track, a first fastener, and a second fastener. The first layout track includes a web, a first flange, a second flange, and a first array of preformed apertures. The preformed apertures in the first array of preformed apertures extend completely through the first flange. The first array of preformed apertures includes a first off module aperture, a first on module aperture, and a second on module aperture. The first off module aperture has a first shape. The first on module aperture has a second shape that is different from the first shape. The second on module aperture has the second shape or a third shape that is different than the first or second shapes. The first fastener is inserted through the first on module aperture and into the first stud. The second fastener is inserted through the second on module aperture and into the second stud.
Header track with stud retention feature
A track for a wall construction for use in building construction is disclosed. Embodiments can include a track having a plurality of bendable tabs that can be manipulated to grip or release wall studs to prevent lateral or side to side movement of the studs. Embodiments can include tracks which incorporate various geometries capable of receiving fire-retardant material, including but not limited to intumescent material.
Dry-construction stud and dry-construction wall with a dry-construction stud
The invention relates to a dry-connection stud having a web and a first and second flange connected to the web, wherein flange beads are provided in at least one of the flanges, wherein the flange beads each extend in the longitudinal direction of the stud over a flange bead length that is less than an overall length of the stud, wherein the flange beads are disposed at a center distance from each other. The invention further relates to a dry-construction wall with such a dry-construction stud.
Adjustable metal framing system and connecton
The present invention describes an interlocking metal framing system where two concentric support members slide between each other to enable the support member to form a longer length without using extensions to add the additional length to the support members whether installed as vertical support members for a wall; or as horizontal support members for ceiling support members; or as floor-ceiling support members. The concentric support members have notches together to form a longer support member. The connector can be a clip connecting the two concentric support members together whether installed vertically or horizontally; or by having a longitudinal spacing-bracing member pass through the apertures connecting the perimeter notches of adjacent support members. The perimeter notches interlock the spacing-bracing member to the two concentric support members together eliminating vertical and horizontal movement between the concentric support members as well as the adjacent support members. The apertures are setback from both ends or both concentric support members allowing the additional length to be projected above or below the concentric support members.
Partition system
A partition system has at least one pivot joint, each pivot joint having two pivot structures with partial circular cross-sections centered on a pivot axis. Each pivot structure engages with one of a plurality of wall panels and permits the engaged wall panel to pivot about the pivot axis. A linking structure extends between and joins the two pivot structures. A stop member extends outwardly from the linking structure to limit a range within which the wall panels can pivot about the pivot axis. Each of the wall panels has a pair of parallel tabs extending substantially perpendicularly from at least one end face of the wall panel. At least one parallel tab has an end flange extending inwardly toward the second tab. The end flange snap fit onto one of the pivot structures. Each of the wall panels is pivotally connected to the at least one pivot joint.
TELESCOPIC PARTITION
A telescopic partition includes a lower partition, an upper partition, and a first positioning mechanism. The lower partition includes a first lower base plate, a first upper base plate, and one or more first vertical rods distributed between the first lower base plate and the first upper base plate. The upper partition includes a second lower base plate, a second upper base plate, and one or more second vertical rods distributed between the second lower base plate and the second upper base plate. The first upper base plate is arranged above the second lower base plate, the first upper base plate is provided with one or more first through holes for the one or more second vertical rods to pass therethrough respectively, and the second lower base plate is provided with one or more second through holes for the one or more first vertical rods to pass therethrough respectively.
