DEPLOYABLE PERSONAL SAFETY SHIELD
A deployable personal safety shield comprises a pair of longitudinally elongated members; a pair of bases for supporting the elongated members in an upstanding orientation; and a flexible member connectable the elongated members and extendable therebetween to provide an upstanding shield when the longitudinal members are spaced apart and supported by the bases.
METHOD FOR OBTAINING A VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL PROFILED ELEMENT FOR THE INTERCONNECTION OF PLASTERBOARD PANELS TO WALLS AND ELEMENT OBTAINED WITH SUCH METHOD
A method for obtaining a vertical or horizontal profiled element for the interconnection of plasterboard panels to walls, in particular to plasterboard walls that can be applied to in-wall frames for retractable sliding doors or for the provision of drywall dividing walls.
The method entails a continuous machining of a metallic lamina by punching or drawing or rolling obtained by using two rollers, one acting as a die and the other acting as a punch, so as to obtain on the metallic lamina a plurality of holes, which are uniformly distributed according to a series of mutually parallel rows.
Modular wall gravitational assembly system
A modular wall gravitational assembly system may include a rail, a frame, a first stilt, and a second stilt. A top rail may be coupled to a hanging structure, such as ceiling, and may have a plurality of rail sockets. Each stilt may comprise a head, for coupling the stilt to a rail socket, and a foot, for coupling the stilt to a floor surface. A first stilt may have an active receiver that may include a first easement region and a first active rest. A second stilt may have a first passive receiver that may have a first passive rest. A frame may have a first pin and a second pin, and the frame may be supported by the first stilt and by the second stilt by placing the first pin in the first active rest and by placing the second pin in the first passive rest.
CONNECTING MEMBERS AND SYSTEM FOR MODULAR WALL JUNCTIONS
A system and connector interconnects modular wall vertical frame members meeting at a junction. A first vertical frame member and a second vertical frame member each have a central section for mounting a wall panel. Each vertical frame member has a pair of lateral legs at the lateral edges thereof and a pair of inner legs extending inwardly. The inner legs are spaced laterally away from the lateral edges. Each vertical frame member also has a pair of interlocking members positioned inwardly of the central section. The interlocking members each having a laterally extending leg defining a laterally extending latch receiving space. The connector member has a head or heads for supporting parts and a latch or latches for securing parts, including trim members. The junctions may be corner or end-to-end.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR EXTRUDED ALUMINUM WALL PANEL FRAMING
A system and method for manufacturing, assembling, and installing an extruded aluminum wall panel frame by manufacturing an extrusion profile that comprises a stud, a sole plate, and a sill plate and other components used to configure the extrusion profile into a frame either fully or partially assembled prior to transport and installation at the building site where the frame may be installed as a single-level structure or multi-level structure of varying lengths, widths, and floorplans.
Beam seating system
A beam seating assembly has a frame supporting a seating surface. A beam secures to a first support and extends in a longitudinal direction. A channel is located the beam free of the first support. The frame has a lower portion with a connector that is insertable into the channel transverse to the longitudinal direction and the connector, once inserted into the channel, is retained from removal out of the channel in a direction. The connector is insertable into a first portion of the channel and a second portion of the connector rotatable into a second portion of the channel and then slidable away from the first portion such that the first and second portions of the connector are retained within the channel but are slidable in the longitudinal direction until the connector is fixedly secured to the beam. The frame is made in certain aspects from a flat plate.

Portable and removable wall modules for residential living space
Portable and removable wall modules for residential living space are disclosed. The modules create a sound dampening or near-soundproof division of the living space. The modules comprise one or more u-channel bars that attach to the ceiling and wall and one or more adjustable baseboards that sit on the floor. The adjustable active baseboards each comprise a spring-loaded platform that pushes the wall panels upward against the top interior of the u-channel bars and ceiling to create a vertically-sealed division of the living space. The product can be used for all ages and uses; splitting a room for two children, young adults in dormitories or apartments, creating a hard wall that looks good. It provides costs savings avoiding having to move and lease larger spaces, especially in high costs and dense urban housing markets. The product is easy to install, remove and is reusable. It can be relocated when moving from one dwelling to another and it adjusts to differing ceiling heights and room sizes of dwellings.
Building stud, wall structure comprising such a building stud and a method for forming a wall structure
Building stud (10) for forming a framework for mounting wall panels, comprising a first (12) and a second (14) flange portion and a web portion (16) interconnecting the flange portions. The flange portions comprise a planar, elongated wood fibre member (18, 20), and the web portion comprises a sheet metal member (22) including a first (24) and a second (26) rectilinear line of weakness, which lines of weakness are parallel and along which the sheet metal member is foldable to enable folding the building stud from a retracted storage position to an expanded mounting position.
Seat pivot bracket and beam seating system
A seat connection mechanism having a bracket portion which is metal and includes a pivot area, an opening and a channel. A metal pin portion includes a pin and a stop portion, the pin rests in the pivot area such that the shelf portion inhibits movement of the pin portion along the pin's rotation axis, the pin configured to rotate within the pivot area about a rotation axis. The channel in the bracket portion arranged to pass adjacent and through an area of the center pivot, the channel arranged such that the stop portion of the pin portion are insertable into the channel through the opening at an insertion angle to allow the pin to rest in the pivot area and such that when the pin rotates within the center pivot, the stop portion of the pin portion moves within the bracket and the stop portion is configured to interact with the bracket at one or more predefined positions to stop rotation of the pin portion.
